“This flooring company is excellent to work with! They care about their customers' satisfaction and stand behind the products they sell and install.We bought and had installed 1,000+ Sq. Ft. of flooring. My Dad's was fair with their pricing and responsive in their scheduling and communications. The true colors of a business come out when there are challenges. We ended up running into product failure that was not directly the fault of My Dad's. That being said, when the prominent manufacturer wouldn't stand behind their own product, My Dad's stepped in and decided to make things right on their own accord. This speaks volumes about their business ethics and how well they treat their customers. We really appreciate Jay and his team running such a reputable business, and there is no doubt we will be purchasing more flooring from My Dad's in the near future. We sincerely recommend My Dad's.“
