“The service was pretty good. The initial persom who came out explained the process to me and helped me with the insurance claim. The person who came to snake the line out did a great job of unclogging the main sewer line. I no longer have a backup in my lines. The guys who came out to clean out the basement were very professional and removed what needed to be removed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after the work was done, I can't seem to get someone out with the camera to check the pipes to make sure it's fully clean and people don't seem to respond or call back. I waited all day today to have someone come out to take their equipment, but no one showed or called. I was told yesterday that someone would be out today and nothing. I called the local number and they couldn't get in touch with anyone either.“

“Bill and Matt of Payne plumbing both came out to replace 3 shut off valves in my house. I was so appreciative of the work they did and the cost. I have used the bigger plumbing companies in the past and have paid a pretty high cost for their service. Costs that I was never comfortable with, but without knowing plumbing it was hard for me to question them. I did not get that feeling from Bill and Matt and will 100% be using them from here on out.“

“Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“

The water in my kitchen was not running when I turned on the faucet. Out of concern I called Mr. Greg who came out a few hours later. When he came out the water was running and He found nothing wrong. Instead of charging me an emergency call fee, he would not take a dime.
