Great experience with Chip. Was getting brown water and the anode rod on our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He came out the same day and did a great job replacing it with a powered anode unit that we supplied for him to install. Very fair price and great personality! Will use Chip again anytime a repair is needed.

I called Chip to repair a broken piece in my toilet - he was out the next day, upfront right away on cost, honest, and friendly. As he worked, he discovered another issue and brought to my attention. He was excellent, on time, thorough, kind, reasonable price, and a pleasure to work with. He left telling me to call him back if any issues with the repair as he wanted a satisfied customer. No issues and very happy a neighbor had recommended him. This was my first time, but would certainly use again and highly recommend.Service: Toilet repair

Chip is a great plumber and has an amazing personality. Definitely someone that I feel comfortable having do work in my house. We recently had him install a new water heater. He was able to give a quote over the phone after discussing our old unit. His quote came in well under any other companies and some of those companies wanted us to pay for them for someone to just come look at it. He was very quick with scheduling time and came first thing on a Monday morning. He did the job very well and we are very happy.
