Tim Lasco was very thorough and professional, and he answered all of our questions and pointed out potential issues that we weren’t aware of. The quote was in the mid-range of others we had received, but since we already knew the company we decided to go with Golden Rule. Tim also rearranged the schedule to fit in our job before some family members arrived for an extended stay.We are glad we chose Golden Rule because the employees and workmanship were top notch. Brett’s phenomenal tile work on the shower stall is the star of the show, but he also paid attention to even the smallest details in all aspects of the remodel. His coworkers, Pat and Domenic, also did great jobs, and the three guys were kind and cheerful throughout the long process. “Chip graciously made himself available on a Saturday to replace my faulty water heater. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He had the job completed in an hour and a half and cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old tank. While he was here I was prepping him for the next job that I am going to ask him to tackle and he has already agreed to take it on. I will use him every time from this point forward. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“

“I called Plumbing Solutions at around 4:30 in the afternoon when I discovered a small hole in my refrigerator’s water line, which was causing water to leak down into my basement. I spoke with Greg and he was the only local company willing and able to fit me in that evening to install a new and much stronger water line. He is a really knowledgeable plumber and he takes the time to ensure his work is done right. Had I called a much larger company and deemed it an emergency call, they would have tacked on an additional emergency charge, but he didn’t charge any more than his normal rate, which was more reasonable than other plumbers I have used in the past. I have found my regular plumber for future needs!“
