“THANK YOU MEISNER TEAM!! During one of the summer 2023 heat waves, John came out to our house to check our broken 20-year old Trane AC unit. The expectation from our side was a quote from Meisner on a replacement Bryant unit. We knew that ours was old, and 2 other local firms simply recommended replacement with other brands that they carried. Instead of a simple "you need a new one, we'll get you a quote" approach, John took the time to open the unit and inspect it. He found that one of the previous firms left some wires disconnected. Once reconnected, his experience told him that it was our capacitor...which one of the other firms claimed to have tried a new one and said that the issue was something else. John had a capacitor in his truck, replaced ours, and got the unit working on that 90+ degree day. The other larger local firms seemingly did not want to do any repair, but only sell us a new unit. John was exactly the opposite, he got the old unit operating in our time of need, but was not expecting to sell us a new one. At the end of the day, John is skilled, experienced, and honest. That told us that so was Meisner as a company. I explained to John that even though the AC was working again, we still wanted a quote for a full new Bryant furnace and AC unit. In addition, we wanted to do both houses, mine and my wife's mom's down the street, with Meisner. Tommy and Nery did the removal and install at our houses and did a great job. Both were courteous and answered my various questions over the 2 days with knowledge and professionalism. John came by and checked on their progress and answered more of my questions. Definitely very pleased with the Meisner Services team and I fully recommend them. They exceeded our expectations!! “Had a beast of a toilet replacement job due to the existing flange being welded to an ancient drainpipe. These guys were fantastic. They fit me in on a busy schedule.
