“Love my floors. I had a water leak and had to have part of my front room floor removed down to the support beams. Didn't want carpet again because of allergies and already had hardwood floors in my hallway, kitchen and family room. They came in, sanded down the old hardwood floors and matched up perfectly the front room with the rest of the flooring. Couldn't be happier. They were great and did a wonderful job. They also re-conditioned the whole couch, and the leather looks better than it has in years. “I have used 360 Floors & Design several times and they never fail to deliver. My recent issue had to do with squeaky floors. I built my house in 2020 and wouldn't you know it one year after my contractor warranty expired I started experiencing squeaking floors in the living room and master. I tried to live with it but after a few years I gave up. I had Aaron come out to look things over and he gave me a bid that very day. We then set up a day for them to come out and they were here right on time. Upon inspection we found out the subfloor had been nailed in instead of screwed down which is why everything was starting to squeak. The guys were great about moving the heavy furniture out and then back after they finished. Give the local team a try, I'm sure you'll be impressed.“

They removed carpet, baseboards, prepared tile, in order to put in new LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring and new baseboards throughout the house. I can't say enough good things about dealing with this company. Upfront they were knowledgeable and patient (we had lots of questions) about the product and installation. On the day of the install a crew of three showed up on time and ready to work. They walked the house and listened to our requests. “Lyubomir and his crew did great work repairing and refinishing our original Douglas Fir flooring. Our floor is heading towards the end of its practical lifespan, and other contractors recommended replacing with a new floor. However, Lyubomir encouraged us to keep the original flooring (what we truly wanted to do anyway), and worked hard to make sure the floor was secure, broken boards replaced, and balanced the sanding to gain a beautiful look without going so deep to encourage further breakage. They were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.“

“We just had Baurer Construction replace all of our windows and extend our LVP flooring into our laundry room. They say that a picture is worth a thousand words but these photos do not do their amazing job any justice!
They even removed a false window and replaced the siding where it had been located… you can’t even tell there was ever anything there except siding!
