“Lyubomir and his crew did great work repairing and refinishing our original Douglas Fir flooring. Our floor is heading towards the end of its practical lifespan, and other contractors recommended replacing with a new floor. However, Lyubomir encouraged us to keep the original flooring (what we truly wanted to do anyway), and worked hard to make sure the floor was secure, broken boards replaced, and balanced the sanding to gain a beautiful look without going so deep to encourage further breakage. They were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.“

“After doing diligence, having 4 bids asking lots of questions and reading reviews, I decided on Bach for my garage floorMy decision was impart based on the person doing the measuring, answering questions and explaining the process. Kirk was by far the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and sane. The others were fast talking sales folks essentially stepping on the competition trying to make themselves look superior.The work started onetime, the guys introduced themselves and have to say, they were a breath of fresh air. They were polite all about the “please” and “thank you”. A basic courtesy lost these days. The work was completed the same day as promised, and again with thank you for the business.Within the next couple days, I actually got a hand written thank you note, who does this these days...I would highly recommend Bach, hands down. The floor looks great, and these guys are professional smart and very easy to work with.“
“Pavel and his professionals saved the day! I had less than one week to replace carpet in a rental home that had been damaged beyond repair, before my new tenants arrived. I called every flooring company that came up on my google search and no one including Home Depot and Lowe’s could get it done in time, except for Pavel and his team. Within 4 days Pavel and his team ripped up and hauled out the old padding and carpet,and replaced it with new padding and carpet. Pavel gave me a reasonable price (even with the time constraint) and was efficient and professional. “Recently I was online looking for hardwood flooring options. I came across Rejuvenation flooring. There website was helpful but also turns out that they have a store front with over 20 different vendors with 100+ samples to take home with you. The store was tucked away in the 42nd mall, I wouldn’t have known it was there unless I saw it online. The store is great and the lady there was helpful and knowledgeable and helped me select samples that I would be interested in. I want to share this because I am a Portland native and am all about helping local and small businesses.“

“Our kitten made a urinary pit stop (or 4) on our leather couch during her litter box training, and Pro-Tech was able to completely remove the odor and much of the stain. They also re-conditioned the whole couch, and the leather looks better than it has in years.
