He was awesome I have an old 1953 home with just as old trim, he finished the floors without any damage at all to the trim.I thought my floors were red tinted until he brought out the beautiful medium brown they are.My entryway is inlaid custom designed and they squeaked bad, he fixed that and now they don't have such a loud squeak One room had pet urine stain and for only a few dollars he replaced boards with new ones and I can't even tell you which were old and which are new. Flawless job If I need him again he's who I'm going to call.He's an owner operator old school worker who care about doing a good job!

Mike and his team did a great job. My cheap pine floors look interesting and woodsy. Mike's a good communicator and answered a lot of questions about stain and the process. I recommend him.
