“Very pleased with our new floors from Paulson’s. It took a long time to work up the courage to do the replacement of the flooring in the whole house at once, thinking how difficult it would be. Start to finish Paulson’s made the whole process smooth and easier than I could have imagined. The number of flooring options were overwhelming. I worked with John at Paulson’s and he asked questions to determine what features and the look I wanted for my new floors. He narrowed it down to several brands and types of choices for me to consider, explaining pros and cons of each one. His feedback and help made it much easier to make my choice. Yuriy made a special trip for a different trim piece to improve the look of our shower tile transition and Dan went above and beyond every day to make sure the whole job went smoothly!
