Called and Byram came write out very polite and worked hard to get the lock undone. It was very dirty so a lot of work for him would recommend him to anybody very hard worker and very polite.

I brought my mom to the Urgent Care on a Sunday and they were able to get us right in. They were very courteous and helpful my mom is in the wheelchair so getting into this facility was a little hard we had to park about probably 6 parking spots away from the front door just to use the ramp to get into the Urgent care. Once we got the door open which was an obstacle the hump to push over the door jamb was too high and I almost popped my mom out of the wheelchair. At that point the front desk girl came and helped get us completely into the building. We will definitely be using the urgent care for the next time she needs to go. They send pre- registration links to fill out online so my appointment was easy- breezy. Wound up with a prescription and it was ready for me by the time I got back to the pharmacy. I can’t speak highly enough about my body wrap treatment from Emiley! My 90 minute session was nothing short of luxurious - including dry brushing and moisturizing, body wrap, cupping and an incredible massage. I’m a long time client of Emiley’s but this was my first time doing dry brushing and body wrap treatment. As always, Emiley is professional, personable and brings a peaceful and calming energy to her sessions. I felt so relaxed during the entire treatment and could tell the body wrap helped loosen up my muscles, which made for an even better massage. The dry brushing made my skin feel noticeably smoother and polished. I will definitely be getting this treatment again and would highly recommend booking an appointment with Emiley to experience it for yourself!
This was the best experience I've had painting a home. The communication and bid process were great, the scheduling was ambitious to get going to start and finish the job. The Painting crew did ALL the details. Masking and Prep including sanding and filling was great. The Price was fair and they were a pleasure to have at the house. I will use again!

I’ve been seeing Liza, the owner of the salon, for over 20 years. Even for the decade I was living on the east coast I would include a color session with her with every trip home to Portland. I’ve tried other high end salons in Boston and New York, and no one does color and cut like Liza. She is a true artist and will not compromise on your hair. Be prepared for long thorough appointments, she does not skip steps with the color process, and ensures your hair will look it’s best. She is a skilled professional with a passion for her profession. She is the best colorist I’ve ever seen.

last week I was looking for a barber who was able to cut a customer's hair in his home. Due to a back injury and inability to walk without falling, I found Ishues Mobile Barbershop. I called and left a message expMay 8thlaining my reason. I received email the next day from Ish staying they can cut hair in their van or the customer's home. I received a call Wednesday, May 8th, that a barber would be at my home yesterday, May 9th. The barber was able to cut my hair and beard with me sitting up i. bed. He was very careful, not to move me as even movement in my left leg causes severe pain. Great barber and I received a great haircut and I lost my beard which I requested. It took just under an hour as he was ensuring I received the haircut I wanted. if you want a great haircut and cannot travel, request their barber to come to your home, . I will be using them the next time for a haircut whether in the Shop or with ishues Mobile Barbershop[Station 1. Thanks Ish

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lux Tan! It was my first time getting an airbrush tan there, and I can confidently say it's the best I've ever had. Recently, I had to try a spot closer to home in Vancouver for convenience, but it was a stark contrast. The cleanliness and professionalism at Lux Tan are unparalleled. At the other place, I noticed the airbrush machine was outdated, and they used old paintbrushes for buffing my knees and elbows without proper cleaning. Despite the tan turning out okay, I was nervous about how it would develop, so I ended up showering after 8 hours. In contrast, Lux Tan provides such confidence in their process--I know I can trust that my tan will look flawless without any worries. The drive from Vancouver to Lake O will definitely be worth it for my wedding tan. Decided to try out this salon for eyebrow waxing because the one salon closer to me, Cozy nails & Spa, consistently did a terrible job on me with their waxing. I was pleased with their work on my wax here at V nails and spa. I haven't tried a manicure and pedicure yet, but based on my good wax experience, I will be back to try that soon. Thank you!!

This was my first visit to Le Plaza Nails & Spa. I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. There are plenty of massage chairs with the bowls for feet soaking. There are comfortable chairs and tables for closeup nail work. On a warm Lake Oswego day, the salon was very comfortable and soothing. There are so many dip color choices and gel types. There are more types of colors and how to apply them to your fingers and toes than I can mention! Regardless of my color preference I prefer dip fingernail colors and gel for my toes. The application was great. And that’s so important. The foot bowl, and nail tools were very clean. The entire salon was very tidy.

Tiffany is the best nail technician I've seen - even more than the gal I've been going to for 8 years. After having to get my nails done in PDX due to travel (I am from seattle) I was left with the worst nails I've ever had. BADDDD. Sloppy, poor, lifting within a day....I came to Tiffany and she fixed them and they look perfect. I wish I had a before photo!
I came here for a pedicure for myself and man's mani pedi for my fiancé before our wedding next week. I was served by Lieu, who I understand is the owner. She was amazing. I wanted to match my nails that I had done elsewhere and she was spot on. She asked me if everything was looking good several times during the service to ensure I completely satisfied. Their mimosas are delicious and it was lovely. My toes look brand new!

I was a 1st time client, she got me in quickly, took the time for a true conult, very knowledgeable, nice scalp massage at the bowl, included me in final shaping to make sure I was completely satisfied, great conversation. The salon was small (4 chair) and intimate, no loud music or obnoxious gossiping.*EDIT* so I tried to get my hair trimmed 3 weeks later, she wanted the same price ( $55) for a trim vs taking a foot of hair off , Why you ask? Because it was a "woman's" cut. If you notice the pics, I have a unisex cut, Why try and charge me more than a man.Women screwing over other women ?

I recently visited TD Barber and, unfortunately, arrived in a bit of a rush, and I think probably unintentionally came off as a little rude. Despite my demeanor, they were exceptionally professional and friendly. They handled the situation with grace and ensured I received what I think is best haircut I've had a long time. I think I have found my new local barber and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a top-notch barber experience!

I'm leaving a 5 star rating because Debaj deserves 5 stars. I've gone to The Lash Lounge twice, both times I had a full facial threading, brow tint, and lash lift and tint with Debaj. I was thrilled with the results the first time, but there were a few things I wished she had done differently with my brows (just a matter of preference and it was due to a lack of communication on my end). So the second time, I told her about the little things I wanted her to do differently. She was so kind and patient and totally heard me. She executed my vision PERFECTLY, and my brows turned out exactly how I wanted them. And just like the first time, my face and lashes looked amazing. She is great and I'd highly recommend going to her. If you can communicate what you want, she'll make it happen for you. The lash lounge itself would get 4 stars from me. It's pretty expensive, and it's not a super welcoming or calming atmosphere. I shouldn't have known that another customer's card declined with how far away I was sitting. A lowered tone could go a long way.

First off I decided to schedule via Yelp app, Samantha was quick to respond & that was the foundation of a great experience & review. On the day of my appointment, she was waiting & we quickly went into a private room. The room was cozy, the music soothing & I was so comfortable to be there as she quickly put me at ease as she asked lots of questions regarding health & previous experience. ( please keep in mind, I had experienced some allergies around my eyes & she was being cautious as we are dealing with chemicals near your eyes) I found it very relaxing & think I even fell asleep. This is a plush and relaxing environment with a meditation room to relax in before and after your massage, while enjoying hot tea, warm nuts and the waterfall sounds. The massages are good but could be deeper, especially for the price. I would go again though and was an especially fun experience going with friends.

Used Jerry and his team last summer to fix and replace some sprinklers that were “removed” by my deck contractor. This contractor recommended Jerry to get my irrigation system up and working again.Jerry came and gave me a detailed quote for the work he would be doing. Along with the replacement of sprinklers, he fixed a zone that was not working and added some sprinklers to correct some coverage issues. His tech came out on the day he promised and on time. He took his time to do the job right.What prompted me to write the review was the follow-up provided today. I took my sprinkler out of hibernation and one zone would not turn off. Called Jerry and he talked me through finding the defective valve and troubleshooting it. It was still stuck on. I knew he was busy but he stopped by because he was close by with another client. He found the issue immediately, fixed it, and didn’t charge me (and didn’t criticize me for probably causing the issue).Just a word about scheduling. Jerry is awfully busy with customers so we waited I believe four weeks before he could get his technician out—but we’re happy we waited due to the professionalism before, during, and after the job.

Had Monkeyman's Tree Service remove a diseased tree, stump grind it and prune back all my other trees. They were quick and efficient, 3rd time I have used them and they never disappoint. I have had issues with another tree service, but Monkeyman's has always done very good work. I will use them in the future, they are local in Lake Oswego and the pricing is in line with other decent tree services.
If you need tree work, call ArborPro. They are my go-to company, and have done both emergency and routine tree work for me. I am genuinely happy to see the team at each job. For what it is worth, I am a woman and never once got the "ick" dealing with this company or any of the crew members. Main Points:1. The work is consistently done as discussed, with great attention to detail. They thoroughly clean up each time. After the emergency job, you would never have known that an enormous tree had been there.2. The work crews are organized and efficient. And they treat each other well. I wish that all people could enjoy their jobs as much the guys seem to, and could work in such a cohesive team. They were also approachable and kind, and nice to my dog.3. I have had a hard time finding a dentist who would take time and listen to my concerns and address my anxiety with respect. I was referred to Dr Tydeman by my sister who said he was kind, considerate, and would give me options to address my smile. Little did I realize, my 1 hour trip would not be in vain! I was met by Kathy, the hygienist, who listened and sincerely respected my fears. Kathy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth while being very attentive to my anxiety. I was moved to another room where I met Dr Tydeman who immediately made me feel not only at ease, but also hopeful as far as my dental care and how it would progress. After a series of unpleasant, and even damaging, dental experiences in Oregon I was lucky enough to be referred to Lake Oswego Family Dentistry. Here you will find highly trained, thorough and up-to-date professionals who understand and anticipate every facet of each patient's needs. I was beginning to despair of finding a dentist with whom I could have a interactive relationship and whom I could trust. I love going to see Dr. Laird and her staff. I trust them to handle all my needs: cleaning, prevention, care and insurance. Everyone is delightful and kind. They understand my fears and work with me to make everything easy. There are no gimmicks and no fluff-- just caring, competence and communication! I joke with them each time I go that they need to add primary care, gynecology and dermatology and my life would complete. I love this place!

He always goes above and beyond and is really interested in people’s well being, he helps them achieve their health goals with his knowledgeable care I call him the “muscle whisperer”; he just knows where to put more pressure or less! My family and I will be forever indebted to him after 3 adjustments I started getting more of my mobility and getting dressed on my own! Love being able to go to the same place for everything and I now see the naturopathic doctor there as well. Care and cost are great ... staff is amazing as well. I went in for a general screening to make sure my skin looked cancer free and they made the process very easy and relaxing. They send pre- registration links to fill out online so my appointment was easy- breezy. Wound up with a prescription and it was ready for me by the time I got back to the pharmacy. Would definitely use this place again.
Today, I brought my 6-month-old daughter to for her first visit ( patient intake) for eczema. The trip down was already giving me anxiety because I say in traffic for over an hour and thats hard when you have a baby who's uncomfortable and itchy.I pulled in the parking lot, parking was convient and easy to access. Immediately when i walked in the office my daughter and i were greeted and welcomed by the three girls at the front desk. Standing at the front desk i was carrying my diaper bag lunch box and the car seat, the women who did my intake forms with me and checked us in right away said you can set your stuff down , the car seat ect, what ever would help make me comfortable. They even asked if I needed a glass of water more than once, mind you before and after our visit. The staff members asked if it was ok to say hi to . It was so nice and thoughtful, and it helped while I'm signing forms. I had lots of questions about what and why I needed to fill out forms . All my questions were answered with such patience and guidance it made my visit so incredibly helpful. Even just a little kindness goes a long way, but they are above and beyond friendly each of them . After signing in they assured me I could make myself comfortable and do whatever I need to, as far as making my daughter comfortable while waiting, I could walk around and hold her listen to the music station that was playing on the shelf while looking at the pictures. Our wait was not even 5 minutes. The nurse assistant walked us back and took down all our information regarding our visit and medications anything we wanted to address for the appointment, he was so patient and accommodating since my daughter was wiggly and I had to pull my phone out and get information but effortlessly he reassured me to take my time. Not long after Mark Davis, the P A came in for our evaluation. He went over our plan for my daughter moving forward . He answered all my questions. Most importantly, he validated my feelings and frustrations , just making me feel like it would be ok . As a first-time mom, you are overly scared and unsure sometimes of what to do and what steps to take when it comes to your children. Mark Davis assured me that I would figure this out and gave me hope that it would get better. Thank you all staff members. This visit was above and beyond my expectations, I sincerely recommend coming here, especially when you have small children. The staff here are accommodating on all levels. It's absolutely worth the drive!
Another year, another perfect checkup. ACGLO is hands down, the best vet in the entire metro area. I used to live right down the street, which was super convenient. But even after moving last year, I still drive back over to LO for every visit. They are worth the drive. Highly, highly recommend.

My 27 year old umbrella cockatoo, Bibi, started showing a lack of appetite one day, so I immediately made an appointment with AMC for the next day. By the end of the day though, she just plummeted and I ended up having to take her to Dovelewis. They kept her alive long enough to make her appointment with AVM, but beyond that it was a horrible experience. The vet there was curt, evasive, and uncompassionate.
When I brought Bibi in on Tuesday, Dr. Schwarzer gathered our information attentively and compassionately, and went over exactly what he was going to do for Bibi. Throughout our conversation, I felt assured that he actually cared about Bibi's outcome as much as I did.
We'd planned on a 4 day hospitalization, but that turned into 14 days as she had already developed secondary heart and lung congestion and further complications. Dr. Schwarzer and Dr. Litner updated me daily as to her progress, showing patience and kindness with all my questions through such a difficult and uncertain time.
In working with the two doctors, I can see that they both love birds immensely, and treat each patient with the utmost care and concern. Even when the prognosis wasn't certain, I still felt that Bibi was in the most capable and caring hands on earth.
I had a few interactions with the techs and can also see that they really care about what they do. Austin, at the front desk, was my first (and most regular) point of contact and was extremely kind and helpful throughout. I am just amazed at what a stellar team this is.
Also, and this is a major consideration for most people, I found the price for services to be extremely reasonable. Birds are not cheap, and bird vet bills are not cheap. But you can tell they are in this for the birds, it's not a cash grab like Dovelewis. They care about providing accessible care for your beloved birb.
Avian Medical Center has proven to be the absolute best option for bird care, I trust them 1000% with my bird's life.

Our family has been going to Compass Veterinary Clinic and seeing Dr. Connolly for years. She is consistently compassionate, thorough, knowledgeable, and obviously very experienced. She takes time to explain things and is never rushed with us. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful Veterinary Clinic in our area. The vet techs there are also so good with our family of animals, including our kitty as well as our giant Saint Bernard.
Cat Care Professionals really is the best clinic we've ever been to. We did not know that Cat Only clinics were even a thing and we can't say enough great things about it. When our cat, Angel, passed away a few years ago, they were so supportive, kind, and loving. The front desk is always courteous, they are quick communicators, and Dr Ellingsen always takes the time to respond to us directly via email whenever our other two cats have blood work, or we have questions. SO HAPPY!
Incredible place! My previous vet had closed its doors and I was very nervous to seek out a new vet because my cat can be seriously temperamental and aggressive. But the staff here and Dr. Stuart were incredible, so knowledgeable, so professional and kind. I’m so glad I found this place!
I adopted a kitty with an extremely disfiguring fractured jaw, and was referred to Dr Otten. I can't say enough nice things about Oregon Veterinary Dental Specialists! From the first phone call through to picking up my cat, Don, everything went smoothly. It was a challenging surgery but never once did I doubt Dr Otten's ability and expertise. They kept me posted just as they said they would and took the time to explain everything going on. Bree and Melissa (front desk and business office) were kind and patient with me as I am an anxious cat mom! Dr Otten went over the cat scan results and explained the procedure thoroughly to me. They helped arrange overnight stays at the local Emergency Hospital for Don, as the surgery was a two day affair and they recognized I had a long drive back and forth from Eugene. Dr Otten basically saved my cat's life so that he could live a long and happy life. They went above and beyond what I would expect a veterinary office to do. I will be forever grateful for the care we received, both personally and professionally. To everyone who helped Don.... thanks from the bottom of my heart
Our 7 month old red standard poodle Mario had his first grooming ever last Saturday. Nataliya at Joyful Pet Grooming transform Mario into a super star look (See first picture for before and after look). We couldn’t believe our eyes how stunningly looking he become, much like something that belongs to a LV shop: the styling, the fined detail, the color… Nataliya is the best groomer in town, especially For show quality poodles grooming. The shop is specious, clean, and with a single trimming station. You or your day won’t be crowded with other people or pets. It is located on the first floor of a high end neighborhood’s shopping plaza, tucked in the green space away from noisy traffic. Quite and peaceful. The price is very reasonable for the high quality. Above all, Nataliya is super friendly to customers and your pets.

The Lake Oswego YogaSix community is truly unmatched. From the knowledgable teachers to the kind staff, my day is certainly not complete without taking some kind of yoga class here. I love the variety of classes offered throughout the day and the studio is consistently clean and well managed. I'm always introducing friends to this specific studio because I truly want everyone to experience the gift that is YogaSix!
I love this yoga studio. When I first started going to classes here, the teachers made a point of greeting me by name and making me feel welcome. They really strive to foster a sense of community here. I also appreciate that each and every teacher meets each student where they are at. I had my first Thai massage ever here today with Noi and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. Highly highly recommend. I’m a massage therapist and extremely picky about bodywork and I like it very, very deep. This session was top notch, she got into places I didn’t know existed ? Highly recommend the herbal add on, it was super soothing after all that spicy knot-extinguishing work. On top of it, this is an extremely welcoming and beautifully decorated and cozy space. They serve a really yummy little butterfly pea tea drink after your session that is super delightful. ??✨?
Absolutely amazing. Antwon is basically a god. I went in with sciatic nerve pain that took 3 months for physical therapy to fix last time and he fixed it overnight. Insanely recommended.

I just had a session with Ulyana Rakcheyeva and it was amazing, she did such great job helping me out after I have been in a car accident, her space is welcoming, clean and she is very informative on what is happening with my body and immediately made me feel comfortable. I can’t speak highly enough about my body wrap treatment from Emiley! My 90 minute session was nothing short of luxurious - including dry brushing and moisturizing, body wrap, cupping and an incredible massage. I’m a long time client of Emiley’s but this was my first time doing dry brushing and body wrap treatment. As always, Emiley is professional, personable and brings a peaceful and calming energy to her sessions. I felt so relaxed during the entire treatment and could tell the body wrap helped loosen up my muscles, which made for an even better massage. The dry brushing made my skin feel noticeably smoother and polished. I will definitely be getting this treatment again and would highly recommend booking an appointment with Emiley to experience it for yourself!
I've had maybe 30 massages over the years, but this was my first visit to Chris. From the moment I drove onto his property, he was attentive to my needs. He was there to greet me, immediately easy to talk to, and even showed me around his beautiful property. It had been close to 2 years since my previous massage and I was a mess. We sat down and visited for 5 minutes as he wanted to discuss the treatment and areas I needed him to focus on. He was so thorough, he even noticed I was limping when I first got there and massaged my foot to loosen it up and ease my pain.
Now to the massage. It was nothing short of amazing. He pays so much attention to detail, he didn't miss a single area that was tight or needing treatment. He even found hot spots I didn't even realize were giving me grief. His more than 2 decades of experience is immediately evident and appreciated as soon as he gets to work. His hands are a gift and his work, a masterpiece. Plus, he is wonderful to visit with! He is very personable and puts you at ease with his calming voice. I left his place feeling more relaxed and loose than I've felt in longer than I remember. Chris has definitely won me over as a repeat customer!

I genuinely don't remember the last time I actually enjoyed a massage due to there not being enough pressure for my liking and needs. Enter Courtney and her intuitive feet. I can't say enough good things about Courtney's Ashiatsu massage skills and her business overall. I've been seeing her while recovering from a car accident and experiencing chronic neck and back pain. I feel very safe going to Courtney during COVID - you don't have to interact with or be exposed to anyone else in the building and Courtney is great about sanitizing and maintaining distance before and after the massage. The room is clean and she takes the time to set up a very relaxing environment. She listens to and acts on your needs, areas of pain, and pressure preferences. It's so nice to feel heard, listened to, and cared about. I also appreciate that she ends with massaging the neck area to help relieve tension that has built up from a hard massage of the rest of my body. If you are someone who likes deep pressure, I definitely recommend Courtney's Ashiatsu massage.
I have been a client of Lake Grove for over 8 years. I've had great therapists with different styles and pressure. I frequently see Lola who is has gotten my tight shoulders from a 11 out of 10 in terms of how tense they are maybe a 8 which I call a win .

I'm in awe of the release and response from my body to something so gentle. As she has worked with my body to come back into balance, and to address old injuries, scar issues and current physical pain, I could literally feel the release, and my shoulders even melted when she worked on the back of my knee! I'm enthralled!

Just had an amazing massage with Bobby - one of the best I've ever had. She has a gift for understanding the human body. Also facials with Hannah - have had several with her over many months and I'm never disappointed. She seems to intuit what my skin needs at the time. The LED and lactic peels seem to produce the best results.

My daughter had a serious pollen allergy. We went to Soaring Crane, and after several sessions in a span of a few months, her allergies are nearly non existent. She went from feeling miserable with sneezing, swollen red and itchy eyes, and sinus pressure to feeling no symptoms. She’ll sneeze occasionally, but she’s now able to go outside, be in the sun, and sleep well after the treatments
