Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. Absolutely wonderful place with wonderful and compassionate people. I wish I could bring my lizard here! They took care of my bird his entire life and I was moved by their empathy when he passed. Always worth a 30 minute drive, I'd trust them with any and every animal they would take in. They truly care about their animal patients and their owners.Thank you for everything you do

I really love the people who work here from the techs, front desk, to the vets. They really love animals and go the extra mile to make my pets comfortable. They are a bit more expensive but I feel its worth it
