This was my first time going to this Supercuts. I had gone to Perfect Looks and the hairdresser just ruined my hair. I was so upset. I knew I had to fix it but was not going back to Perfect Looks. So long story short, her name is Ashley. She saved my hair. I love my hair and will definitely going back to her. She was so sweet and understanding. If you want a good cut, go to Ashley ?❤️

I recently had an experience that left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated, all because of a well-intentioned gift card. A friend kindly gifted me a SuperCuts gift card, and I thought it would be a great opportunity to try out SuperCuts. Upon going to pay I was unable to use the gift card to pay and had to use cash instead.However, the owner's personal call and subsequent refund turned the situation around. Their dedication to customer satisfaction showcased genuine concern and willingness to rectify mistakes, leaving me appreciative despite the rocky start.
