He keeps workouts interesting and is easily able to adapt exercises for injury. He is professional yet fun and I always enjoyed our training sessions (even the more challenging ones that left me with sore muscles). I confidently recommend him if you are seeking 1:1 training.“
“Awesome gym for the bodybuilder/power lifter who is looking for a serious training facility. Lots of great machines and even a posing station for BB competitors. Only complaint is that there’s only one squat rack, one deadlift platform, and and two bench racks. This is fine if you’re in there at 6am with just a few people but during busy hours like after work you’ll probably have to wait for equipment. There’s a bunch of cardio equipment that I feel like they could pare down to make space for another rack but maybe I only think that because I hate cardio haha. Otherwise great environment and place to get a nasty pump.“

If you are looking for overall strength, mobility and movement for a lifetime - this is the place. There are people who have been going here for 10+ years. Lots of grey hairs and people moving well and strength training long into 60's, 70s and beyond. That inspires me and I want to be moving that well at that age! They also have a great youth athlete program to help fix those imbalances in those younger athletes.“
