Got a few haircuts here from Sara Flaig. She's great! The location is easy to get to and there is plenty of street parking if their small lot fills up. The salon is inside an old house and each stylist gets their own room. So it doesn't feel crammed like most hair salons. Definitely recommend.
Let me start by saying wow, the vibe in this place is fantastic. I love the layout and the colored lights of the place. I got a 60 min massage, they took good care of me and even helped ease the stiffness in my neck. I would highly recommend coming here, especially for the price. This will be my go to place now.

I highly recommened Maller Painting! They were at my house for 3 days power washing, prepping, repairing and painting our exterior trim. They worked through the 95+ degree temps and did a fantastic job. The crew was very conscientious and nice. I would definitely higher them again.

I got a perm Rouza, and let me tell you, she is amazing. I’ve always had straight hair and dreamed of curls, and after seeing her once, people think my curls are natural. She did such a great job and I will absolutely be returning for perms in the future. It is hard to find someone who knows how to do a perm correctly, but she definitely knows what she’s doing. The perm was even curlier at first, but it has slightly loosened in the past month since I got it, and I love how it looks. Thank you Rouza!!!

Little Stars Salon is the best! Both my kiddos enjoy going and Miss Susie is wonderful and the sparkles are the best touch. It’s a great place for kiddos too big for the baby salons, but not big enough for adult salons. I only wish it was around when I was young!

I've been seeing Jessi Lauth at Formation Hair now for almost two years. She's been fantastic at cutting and styling my hair every single time - roughly once every five weeks. Finding a good barber is like finding a good therapist. Joe isn't trained as a therapist but he's very insightful. AND he is able to give me a beard trim that is second to none. As long as Joe is available I'll never go any place else.

Good haircut at an affordable price. Relaxing conversations, Mark has turned my normal haircut into something more stylish and updated. The barber is connected to a gold / silver / coin establishment, and it’s definitely not a large shop, but I have had nothing but good hair cuts at this location over the past year.

The friendliest, most knowledgeable nail salon I've been to in twenty years! The staff make you feel welcome and want you to be completely satisfied with the services they provide. I absolutely LOVE my polygel nails! They are so lightweight and look natural, which have been lacking elsewhere. I hate bulky, fake-looking nails. My nails are also lasting longer. Their pedicures are great, too! Oh, and they seem to love to provide designs and nail art!

I've been going to Amy for a few years now and I adore her and her work. I'm a little neurotic about the shape and she does such a wonderful job and doesn't get annoyed at me when I ask for slight adjustments. She does amazing nail art and is so sweet and kind, and sometimes gives me snacks ;) Occasionally you might see her kids who are very sweet, kind, funny and not disruptive. The rest of the staff recognizes me and we have a great rapport and fun banter from time to time. I do get Pedi's elsewhere but that's because I go with my step mom and she has a favorite place for that, which is where I found Amy before she had her own spot. I love her enough to follow her around wherever she goes.

I've been searching for a new hair salon and stylist since moving to Oregon. I've had the same person cut my hair for almost 20 years in Colorado and was hesitant to try a new place. I was very pleased with my experience at the salon and especially with Sonya. The salon was clean, welcoming and a great location. Sonya did an amazing job cutting my hair and brought it back to life. It was like catching up with an old friend even though I had just met her. I won't hesitate to come back and will definitely use them to cut my daughter's hair too!

Highly recommend! I went to Trifecta Esthetics for my first ever Collagen Induction Therapy (Microneedling) with AnteAGE Clarifying Solution. Jacque answered all of my questions, demonstrating clear knowledge and passion for her craft, and left me feeling at ease and incredibly comfortable. The microneedling legitimately felt like getting a tiny massage in my face. Rating 2 stars because the lady was very nice and friendly i think her name was cindy? however i got my lashes done less than a week ago and im already missing so many. Ive been very gentle with them and havent even gotten them wet (washed my face with a washrag as to avoid getting them wet) yet im still already missing huge chunks on one eye. Will most likely not be returning for a fill because they seemed to not be done very well.

Signed up for an eyebrow maintenance session for the first time. Took like 10/15 mins. Looked great after. The under eyebrows were more sensitive but Pari offered to take breaks if it was too much. She’s very efficient and I could tell she’s passionate about her craft. Got a free eyebrow brush afterwards too. Highly recommend for everyone!

I have not used my pierced ear in 20 years and I thought it was fully closed up. So I signed up for a new piercing. The folks here were so helpful! They were able to re-open my piercing with minimal pain and get it back in working order. They could have easily charged me 3x for this work and said it was not openable but their integrity was amazing.
I booked an appointment a hour before I went in, they were so easy and accessible. Despite it being 105 outside their AC kept it under 80 inside.
The guy working the front was so kind and helpful and made me laugh. Gave me lots of jewelry options for my piercing.
Austin did my piercing. So funny and nice. Great experience. Clean. Fast. Communicative. Instructed me through breathing as he reopened and gauged my ear. Lots of smiles.

Simply amazing! Could not have gone any better and I'm very pleased with the outcome. We had a water leak in our water service line between the meter and house. Nick was quick to respond with accessing our issue and providing a temporary fix so we wouldn't be out of water. I was surprised to see the owner John on the scheduled day of the permanent repair working hand in hand with Nick to perform the work. They both exhibited excellent workmanship and work ethic. They left the job site very clean and the work was done on time. They both took the time to answer all our questions and provide us with all the information we needed. Both John and Nick were very professional, friendly and sociable. I even got a call from John the next day to see how things were going and made sure I was happy with how they left everything. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Our design-build firm subcontracted all the plumbing to Craftwork. We just breezed through the rough-in plumbing inspection. Their speed and quality are excellent. Even areas in the crawl space where one will not see their work, it is done neatly and accurately.
They are skilled in their craft. The post-and-beam work (under the subfloor) was done accurately and quickly, to allow framing to proceed. Everything was in the right place for the rough-in plumbing.
Very easy to work with. I texted them a picture of the problem, and they showed up with exactly the part needed and were in and out with the faucet fixed. They're now my number one call in the future.

We've called them for all kinds of jobs, fixing valves, leaks, replacing water heaters etc. A couple of years ago when fixing a leaky valve, they warned us our galvanized plumbing was just about at the end of its life. Sure enough, this year was the year that we needed to have everything replaced.
We called Derek, he came over to look at everything, and turned around a competitive quote very quickly. We decided that since we were already replacing all of the water, this would be a good time to also replace some of the old bathroom parts, and we worked with his supplier and got everything scheduled and ordered.
The galvanized water replacement was first, the team was, as always, super polite, professional, and wouldn't hesitate to stop and discuss what they were up to. You can stay in the house while they are working (but it is quite loud sometimes), and they turned the water back on before leaving daily so we were never without running water for more than a few hours. They planned out the project so there was always one working bathroom and shower. Once the galvanized piping was replaced, the delight was immediate - great water pressure, the water tasted 100X better, and, of course, no leaks!
In retrospect it totally makes sense, but at the time, I was surprised at the amount of holes in the walls as a result of removing all of the bath stuff and piping in the house, and was wondering if I should have gone with GC to coordinate everything. Fortunately, Derek knows a lot of skilled people, and he set me up with a sheetrock expert, where in the end, the repaired areas look better than than it did originally.
After getting through the water replacement and going into the bathroom upgrades, we hit a delay with one of the bath parts that would have set the project back quite a bit. Derek, again, was on the ball, and went over several options with us, ultimately guiding us to working with NW Total Home on bathroom tiles over the fiberglass insert that was on delay. I couldn't be happier with this move, the bathroom looks fantastic. Derek was super thoughtful about his advice, shared what he did with his bathroom, and gave me a couple of options for shops to work with. While this switch did delay the scheduling a bit, Derek and his team were super flexible and worked around the scheduling dates of the other contractors. As soon as a contractor finished, his crew would be in the next morning.
His crew must like working there, there were guys that came in that had worked on some of our galvanized issues years before. They were a pleasure to have in the house, and would stop and discuss options to make sure everything was perfect for us. Little things, like adjusting the shower head height, or the best place to relocate the toilet (we had to move it over from the shower to be code compliant). They would share pros and cons, and tell you how they would do it in their own home. They would give us a heads up via text when they were on their way. When "old house" stuff came up as they removed the old bathroom parts (like weak subflooring), they did the extra and made everything better than they found it.
I thought needing our roof replaced was a big job, but that was Little League compared to replacing all of the water in your house. Beaverton Plumbing AKA New System knows their stuff. I would absolutely use them again, though, I don't feel like I am going to have any water problems for quite a while, I might just need to invite them to BBQs.

We blew a fuse upstairs. Flipped breaker box switches. No power upstairs. He even suggested another company for assistance. I chose Chris.
He returned my calls as I was trying the breaker box again. He suggested I take a picture of inside of box. He could see different switches which I had not tried. I flipped them. Problem solved. All this was done over the phone! No charge!!

Fantastic work. Just look at the type of corner they had to work around. The work that was not needed or could not be performed once the rug was pulled back (no joist found so can't fix the squeak) was removed from the original estimate. From start to finish, we had a great experience working with Victor E Design Build Landscape for our June 2024 backyard project. Kelly listened to our ideas of how we planned to use the space, what we liked, what we wanted to keep, and she suggested ways to incorporate them into the design which included regrading part of the yard, installing a boulder retaining wall, relocating and planting new plants, and seeding the lawn. Goodrich just finished remodeling our bathroom and upgrading plumbing and electrical in our Mid Century home. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor, and in the past 30 years of living in and renovating old houses, I have met many. Barb is a terrific partner engaged everyday in every detail of the project. She ran the project like clockwork. I had Webfoot concrete coating come and do my patio. I was more than satisfied with their workmanship, their integrity and how the workers were so knowledgeable about what they were doing. RBP Construction demolished two old existing patios that were riddled with cracks and that contained a variety of conflicting slopes caused by erosion over time. Excavation was labor intensive because of limited access to the location and solid rock formations underneath portions of both patios. In order to make each new patio level, because of the slope, RBP had to build a retaining wall between each and install sixty feet of concrete curbing along the base of an existing sixty-year-old concrete retaining wall. The new curbing was particularly challenging because it needed to be accomplished without disrupting the structural integrity of the old wall…no easy task. After the project was completed we encountered a small drainage issue causing water to accumulate on the lower patio. In order to rectify this drainage problem RBP removed and repoured a sizeable portion of that lower patio at their expense. Bottom line, I was very pleased with RBP’s quality workmanship and the way they stood behind their work.

Going to do my best to make this an easy decision for you. Either a pest company does their job or they don't. If they don't do their job, then I consider that failing. Priest solutions goes above and beyond every month and they have for years. We have been using their service for approximately seven years, since the first time we had an ant infestation in our home. The thing about this company is the second we have a problem, we call them and it seems that they someone technician out typically the same day to address our issues. I don't think you can get much better than that. I'm leaving this review because I've often found that the only time people leave a review is with a bad experience and I feel it's very important that I start leaving good reviews for the companies that are doing more than just their job and Prime Pest Solution is one of those. Montana has been, the main technician that comes to our home and he has for years. He has literally washed our kids grow up So if you have any reserve on who to hire, this is the right company.
General Tree did tree work (trimming, thinning, getting rid of dead branches) at our home on July 18th. They did an outstanding job on the work and the clean-up was superior. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs tree service.

I had my first service from Brooks Pest Control today. My technician was Helios. He was wonderful. Very polite and thorough. I toldhim all my concerns and he carefully addressed them all. I spoke with Aaron to set up the service. He was also very professional and efficient. They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly. Overall very satisfied. Would highly recommend!
Starting with common negative aspect, it is a pain to cancel services if necessary. They will push options as many companies do, offer deals and try to keep you as a customer with as many tries as possible you just have to keep saying over and over again, no, I just want to cancel. Then get put on hold for almost an hour as the customer service tech cannot perform final cancelation you need to speak with the manager level tech. Mike there was friendly and understanding and went through more options to retain services and everyone over and over again kept thanking me for my company loyalty and business as I had been with them for about 6 years. That said, the service provided under them as Edge was great, and under Saela I didn't see much change except the push for mosquito service which I then was roped into another 2 year contract which would have came with a pro-rated cancelation charge for early termination. Waiting till the end of the contract there was no talk of termination fee. If we are hit with any hidden fees I will update my review, but over all if you are looking for a pest control service they are probably as good as any others. I really liked our service tech and am sad to have to terminate service but we cannot afford extra things for the foreseeable future. Summary, Positive: great service, Early termination of contract fee is pro-rated so the closer to the end of your contract the lower the fee will be. Negative: Time consuming requiring a lengthy phone call to cancel services. Requires signing a lengthy contract comes with hefty termination fees for early cancelation of contracted services.

I have had past experience with jaw popping, unaligned jaw, and lock jaw from extensive clenching. After coming to Dr. Braxmeyer with my concerns she has placed me in Invisalign treatment which in the course of 5 months I’m already seeing a huge difference of relief in my jaw. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a long term office with great staff who love their job! I’m so happy to be doing my care here

I was looking for a dentist away from all the local dentists I've tried close to my house. I looked up dentists in the Beaverton area and Dr. Alex Marrero at Summercrest Dental popped up. I called and talked to the receptionist for probably 15 min. She was so nice and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me and what I was needing done. Well, just by her taking her time with me, I decided to give it a shot. The Dentist, Alex Marrero met me at the door and welcomed me in. Let me just tell you, Dr. Marrero was super friendly, had a sense of humor, had great music playing and asked me questions about my issues before looking in my mouth, again, I felt like he wanted to get to know me and not just my mouth/teeth. Dr. Alex also was very thorough cleaning my teeth and I felt like he did a wonderful job, my teeth have never felt so clean. The dental assistant was so helpful and sweet and even though she was wearing a mask, I could see her big smile shining through it. Great team work!! I was very disappointed when the Dentist told me, "I will see you in 6 months,"... as I was looking forward to coming back sooner. Oh, and also, I have hated my smile for so long due to a chip I have in my front teeth, Dr. Marrero fixed my chip and I feel so much better about myself and can't wait to actually smile in my pictures now. I had to find a new dentist due to mine retiring. I have horrible dental anxiety. This dentist was recommended to me by a friend and they have been AMAZING. I went to my first appointment and they explained everything, they have tvs on the ceiling which help distract me. I had to go in for a filling today and it was honestly one of the best experiences I have had. I watched Friends on tv, listened to my audiobook, and everything went super smoothly. I love that they don't use dental dams and I'm just relieved to have found a great dentist for hopefully years to come.
I just visited here for the first time today and I had such a wonderful experience! I have pretty bad dental anxiety from previous experience so just being able to make this appointment took a lot out of me. The entire staff was extremely nice from being on the phone, to checking in, to X-rays, and on to Dr. Annie. I have quite a lot of teeth issues/previous bad work done so they were able to set me up with a dental plan that mapped out everything being done, what they were going to use and most importantly the price. Nothing was crazy expensive but Dr. Annie made sure to point out what would be pricier versus not but also giving her honest opinion on what she thinks is best for me. I feel extremely hopeful for my teeth after today, which is a new feeling :)

Chiropractic First is home to the greatest chiropractic care I have ever received. I truly mean that. This isn’t just a, “so what hurts? Let me crack it. See you next week” kind of place. Dr. Christopher has given me the most productive and long lasting series of treatments ever. He really listens! Not only to what I’m saying but also to the body itself. I haven’t asked him about his methods exactly but it is obvious to me he is healing on, not just the gross, but also on very subtle levels.

Just the other week a dear friend of mine who lives in Tennessee was moved to Hospice care and so I booked the next flight available to go see her before she passed. Doing this meant I would have to miss my chiropractic appointment the next day. I texted Dr. H on a Sunday to let her know i needed to reschedule. I didn't even mention the reason for my last-minute change and yet she still responded immediately and graciously. Our dog Harlow has double TLPO Surgery. We rehabbed her legs at Healing Arts, and it was the best experience. Harlow developed a fear of the vet during COVID, anyone in scrub like clothing would scare her. After about 10 minutes during her first visit that fear went away. The team was very sweet with her, they were very patient with her, and found the right treats to get her to trust them. She looked forward to going to Healing Arts each week. She loved doing the water treadmill, and then going to the gym to learn new exercises. We loved seeing her so openly work with the staff there, and she definitely enjoyed receiving their praise. Harlow is currently 13 weeks post op and is doing great! A lot of that is due to the great team at Healing Arts Animal Care. Thanks again!
When my dog got sick, I knew something was really wrong and needed urgent care. The team at Laurelwood was incredibly helpful—they were kind, patient, and found a way to see her right away, even without an appointment. Dr. Fullmer explained clearly what was wrong and recommended a straightforward treatment plan without unnecessary tests. She was pretty sick, and I was so grateful she could be seen quickly without needing an emergency hospital. The staff made me feel welcome and never like I was a bother. My little doggie is all better and back to her usual happy self! I’m so glad they’re my vets and would recommend them to anyone.
Sadly, after a short illness, we took our hamster Shelly to Dr. Ramsell but it was too late for anything to be done. Dr. R talked us through many different options but in the end we decided to humanely put Shelly to sleep. The office staff was so wonderful during this process as was Dr. R. And I’ve never had a doctor send such a nice sympathy note afterward. She obviously took so much time to write this out and I appreciate it so much!

Dr. DeManuelle is the best! My six-year-old Cocker Spaniel had chronic skin, ear and eye problems that my neighborhood vet couldn't get under control after a year of expensive tests and medications. Within six weeks, my dog was back to himself and we had a reasonable and affordable plan to sustain his quality of life. I greatly appreciate not only the care Dr. DeManuelle took with my dog, but also the consideration for my time and budget. Brought my cat, whom has devolped some peeing issue, in for a re check up. (came in before to begin looking at this issue). Upon going over all needed expenses, time, and conditions, retraining, ect. for this issue, the doctor was very patient, informative, and kind. Very accommodating to individual situations as well. Best vet I've seen or visited, and I have 3 rescue cats and a bull xl.
Everyone is friendly and it's nice to know I have somewhere to get my dog's nails done quick and easy.
Obstacles, toys, plenty of water as well as air-conditioning for hot summers. They have a nice shop with treats and toys for dogs as well as beverages for adults. We'll be back!
I have only used the self wash, and I drive a bit further to get here, because it's worth it. I've been here five times now, and will keep returning. The staff are kind and helpful, the tubs are cleaned between dogs, and their dryers are commercial grooming dryers, not underpowered consumer ones. The cleanliness is so critical and I visited several businesses with self wash before finding this one.
The Farmington Rd location is cash/check only as of this posting, but there is an ATM across the parking lot if you happen to fail to read the clearly posted signs before starting your wash (like I did the first time!).
I've been seeing Donica for several months due to chronic migraines. I had tried acupuncture previously, but the treatments did not help - however, Donica has worked her magic! During our first appointment, I was extremely impressed by the way that she took plenty of time to review my history and my ongoing ailments. She really looks at you as a whole person to figure out the best treatment approach. Donica is attentive and kind, and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients. She has extensive knowledge of herbal supplements which have been a great complement to the acupuncture treatments. She answers all of my questions (and I ask a lot!) with simple , but complete responses that help me understand how acupuncture is helping my body. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture!
My experience today at Kasa Karma hot yoga was a zen, sweaty and enjoyable experienced. The studio was very inviting and nirvana/peaceful. I am so glad that i went. Thank you for an amazing class. NAMASTE ??
So wonderful in January to get all warm in the hot yoga studio. Knowledgeable instructors and you feel so amazing when you’re done. Be sure to take water, a towel, yoga mat, and not your phone…

Katona Pilates is the BEST pilates studio in Portland area. If you want to learn Pilates this is the only place to go. I've been going here for years and am still learning and improving. I always feel stronger and taller when I'm going regularly to KP. They are very experienced and knowledgeable.
My legs feel like jello and I stretched muscles I didn’t even know I had. I feel like I got a great workout that is going to get me toned!

Greg is an amazing massage therapist. He creates a safe and inviting space. He listens and responds to both what you and your body say. I’m experiencing much relief because of my sessions with Greg. I highly recommend Greg and am truly appreciative.
I have seen Ameen for two lymphatic drainage massages post surgery, and I have had an amazing experience! When you walk in, the office is so nice and clean and inviting, I was instantly comfortable. Ameen made me feel very comfortable, and the results from the lymphatic drainage have been so incredible for my healing. I'm fully healed now, but I will be continuing to see Ameen because he really is the best. If you've never had a lymphatic drainage massage, I know you will benefit from one with or without surgery prior. I will be back for my third lymphatic drainage massage in a few weeks and I can't wait, the amount of swelling and water retention that has gone down is just unbelievable.
Structural integration with Johnathan has been great. If you have any chronic pain, I highly recommend him.
Eric is incredibly respectful, attentive and intuitive. After 3 years post back injury, I feel like he gave my body permission to move again. Ever since working with Eric, I have felt much less tense and fearful of both being in my body and moving my body. Awesome experience at Authentic Massage, so far the best place if you’re looking for muscle relaxation and more. Honestly, I had used services from a few other places but none was effective as Authentic Massage did. Hoppe Svetlana has an outstanding professional experience in this field and as soon as she heard my needs and examined my body she knew exactly what I needed. She used other techniques using suction cups on my tense muscles as part of the treatment plan and I was a different person after my visit. I like the way she takes her time not rushing just to make sure you’re getting a quality service for your money. This was mu first visit with Authentic Massage and I can guarantee you that you will appreciate their service.

I have been attending Adapt for almost a year and I can't recommend it highly enough. I have been able to return to running pain free and am moving so much better and am getting stronger! Amazing team and so supportive! This is the gym you go to for long term health- their focus is functional movement - if you are looking for a singular goal - like a Kardashian booty - this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for overall strength, mobility and movement for a lifetime - this is the place. There are people who have been going here for 10+ years. Lots of grey hairs and people moving well and strength training long into 60's, 70s and beyond. That inspires me and I want to be moving that well at that age! They also have a great youth athlete program to help fix those imbalances in those younger athletes.

Harriet will work with you on what kind of massage your body is needing that day, and also adjust pressure as needed. I love her heated massage bed. I always come out of the massage feeling very relaxed and my body feeling much better than when I went in.

This “Building 22” is one of many buildings in a business park campus. (I believe it’s part of the Parkside Business Center campus). Here are some more specifics to help you find Spiritsong Massage within this business park [the following was in an email Harriet sent me when the office moved]:
“The SpiritSong Massage office is located in building #22 H-J on the west-facing corner, across from the Fanno Creek trail.”
One thing I love about this new location is that it’s in quieter surrounds and the massage room itself is bigger than at the previous location. Harriet puts thought and effort into making the space a welcoming, relaxing space and I’d say she’s succeeded in those efforts. (I also love the big trees in the parking lot and Fanno Creek Trail being literally right off the parking lot).
One more thing, Spiritsong massage is an LGBTQ-friendly place and has a single bathroom, so it’s not gendered.
Finally, most people can’t afford to pay for massages out-of-pocket. Harriet may take your insurance. For example, she’s been listed as a covered provider with CHP Group for some time.
I’d urge you to give Spiritsong Massage a try and see if you enjoy the massage as much I do. :)
I found Anna at a health fair and I'm so glad I did. Anna is an amazing massage therapist. She has a calm, compassionate presence and provides a relaxing environment. After 90 minutes, I feel relaxed both physically and mentally. She's excellent at finding the spots needing attention and not overworking them. She found a few spots I wasn't even aware of! I'm sure all the therapists at Vital Massage are great, but I can't recommend Anna enough!
Wow!!! I had a massage with Denique today, and it was PERFECT! Better than/comparable to services at high-end day spas, in my opinion. Would absolutely recommend this local, small business.

I was not in the best place before working with Tanya, I was carrying a lot of baggage that I wasn’t sure how to handle. I was irritable and experiencing many challenging days and was feeling more cynical than ever. People generally describe me as happy and easy going, but internally I felt anything but. Many areas of my life were overwhelming and I wasn’t sure how to move forward.
Through a conversation with a friend I acknowledge that maybe I was needing more than mental health therapy and received the awareness that things were just getting stuck in my body, that I needed an energy shift. So a google search later and I found Tanya.
During out initial intake I was uncertain of what the process would be like, or if it would make a difference. But I chose to commit and scheduled a session. Even from that very first session I felt a benefit. I remember leaving feeling taller and brighter, I could feel my optimism sparkling again. I have had many breakthrough moments, and several months later can still feel the benefits. Through working with Tanya I have been able to release many beliefs that were not serving me, that were in fact holding me back and causing me discomfort and pain. The most impactful was a session that I almost didn’t go to. I was feeling very low that week, and in all honesty, dragging myself out of bed what quite the battle. But as I had the appointment scheduled, as I had committed I got myself up and to my session. We did some really good work in that session and was able to move from a place of feeling worthless and undeserving, to completely removing that belief, and replacing it with the belief I already had for everyone else. That I am worth it, I am worth my own time and energy, I am deserving of the effort I put into growth, and of the relationships and love that I receive from others. It was beyond doubt a pivotal moment for me. I have spent most of my adult life battling against those destructive thoughts and now they are gone, even on a bad day, they just don’t exist anymore. Not to say it was easy, I had to push through the urge to just leave and get through the process, but it was most certainly worth it.
As a result of the program I am less reactive in unsettling situations. I am able to more easily take a pause. I don’t spiral to the depths that I used to, and am able to quickly move though triggering situations. I am aware of signals that my body provides me, and can use them as a cue for reflection. Through the tools that Tanya has taught me, I am most certainly more balanced, centered and grounded. I am confident in my choices and no longer feel overwhelmed or stuck. Life continues to through challenges my way – as that is the nature of it, but I find myself navigating them with more ease that I have traditionally.
With Tanya’s guidance I have grown so much in the last several months, and I feel the benefit on a daily basis.
OMG is all I have to say. I told Rose I felt like the tin man, I was so stiff and struggling. Not only did she go above and way beyond to fit me in, but she is absolutely amazing. I have never left any appointment feeling like a total different man!! I highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient at G & L Acupuncture for many years. The acupuncturists are phenomenal as well as the massage therapy. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and always friendly . They all work very hard together to provide excellent care for each patient.
I had a great first appointment today with Dr Lee. Very personalized treatment plan. Everything was explained beforehand. I was totally comfortable with the acupuncture. I felt so much better when I left.
Jennifer Savage is amazing. Been going for a couple of years. I just recently I started going to the gym. Over did it big time on my first week. Hurt to walk. Stairs were my enemy. I went in and she did Gua Sha and acupuncture for my legs. Went home and passed out. Woke up two hours later and the pain was completely gone. I've never had a treatment work so wonderfully well.Don't get me wrong, the gua sha was painful (just gently touching my legs hurt like hell, and I've sat for eight hours for a tattoo), but I 1000% recommend it. I was honestly impressed. Was completely worth it.

I've worked with Kerry for years. Initially I was referred to her for sciatica. She ended up resolving not just that but all of my fibromyalgia symptoms as well. To this day if I start getting fibro symptoms she's my go to. One session and she kicks it to the curb. Pretty good considering western medicine says it isn't curable and your only choice is to learn to live with horrific symptoms for the rest of your life.
