Have had pest control service with Saela for almost four years now. Been very satisfied. The techs are always extremely professional and pleasant. They communicate well and are attentive to my concerns for problem areas to be treated.Service: Bug & insect extermination
Overall decent service. We used them a few years ago for a rat service and to perform exclusions. They missed a hole in one of our crawl space vents which a year later led to us having to tear out and replace all of our insulation due to rodent damage.When trying to cancel our service since our contract with them had ended, it took chatting to several managers each who tried to give me a better deal. We didn’t end up renewing though since we needed to cancel our service.Otherwise good servicing. Relatively prompt and thorough.
