I make quite the drive to come here because they are always so helpful with my Guinea pig Vanilla who has a recurrent sickness. They always fix her right up. They are also super knowledgeable and friendly and spend a great amount of time with you on the phone explaining your pets issues. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you for all your help! 5 stars all the way.

I was blown away by how much time Dr Burgess spent talking to me on the phone and going over every detail of Amber's (my bearded dragon) care. This is one knowledgeable vet and he obviously really cares about his patients. I wish my human-care physician would spent that much time and energy on me! I'd probably be a lot healthier.We went over lighting, food, temperature, everything. I found out about all the things I needed to improve for Amber and went home and started doing those things right away. Wonderful people work here. The only thing I would remove a star for is that the exotic doctor isn't always there. Brought my baby in on Sunday, had a fecal test done, and to me, it felt like forever to get results back. Today, I got results, and my baby has parasites. Because the exotic doc isn't there, if medicine is needed, we can't get it until Thursday. Seems like a long time to wait for medication, especially not knowing how serious my baby's condition is. I would say pooping blood, acting lethargic, and hiding away under his log, saying it all about how he is feeling. Parasites can cause abdominal pain, so I'm sure my baby is uncomfortable.
