I tried contacting our residential waste company but I was passed around to different locations in the U.S. just to speak with someone here in Oregon. After 30 minutes of waiting only to be told they only service commercial companies, I gave up and decided to check out Angie's List instead. Preferred Janitorial Service contacted me within a minute. Dave is a pro and he and his crew are thorough, careful, meticulous and ultimately go above and beyond! I originally hired them for power washing but we got to talking about some of the other things I wanted to accomplish and before I know it Dave priced a few things out and gave me a bid. No pressure, just if I wanted to get it done they'd be willing to do it. Next thing you know they stripped and stained my deck and it looks beautiful!! Currently they're working on replacing my front steps and railing entirely. Can't wait to see the finished product! I'm very impressed with the job Preferred Janitorial did.
