We did quite a lot of research on flooring before we ran into this store, and surprisingly found they have the best prices and quality for flooring even compared with Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s and other independent stores. They also offer installation services with a very reasonable rate. The owner is very friendly and would like to share info with customers. In addition, he has the factory behind his store and customizes products as requested. Great experience going with them and would definitely recommend the store to anyone.

We gutted the original bathroom, made it larger by moving a wall, and relocated the vanity plumbing to the opposite side of the room. Marc and his team did a great job, on schedule and within budget. Working with Marc was easy, he kept us informed on the construction process and any delays, offered good options for any adjustments needed, and always did his best to accommodate any new requests I had along the way. We hired 2 Queens to remove our old deck and replace it with Interlock and stairs. You can tell the workmanship is top notch. Denis also replied back in a timely manner to all my texts and emails that I sent. Denis is a different contractor. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. Came as a walk-in for a refresher on my layers and bangs, Sehyan was amazing! She cut (with blow dry) my hair in between another client coloration, efficient, lovely but not overly chatty, overall I am very pleased. I'll definitely will go back. Price for the cut was 50$+tx which I find reasonable for what she did (plus the efficiency, no time wasted).

Jessica Logan is a wizard with scissors. I’ve always struggled with the haircut experience as my hair texture tends to be difficult to work with and I rarely leave with what I’m hoping for. Went in for a kid’s cut for my toddler, and Ryan was fantastic - patient, listened to what kind of cut I thought would look best, and he was great with my son. He even hyped him up to play the Pac-Man arcade game they’ve got in the shop! Great experience overall.

So happy I decided to start tanning a couple times a week. The memberships are priced affordably and the flexibility you get with joining is awesome. So far anytime I've wanted to book a bed I've never had a problem with not getting an appt. The staff at the Carling location are so friendly and helpful it makes it a pleasure to go for a tan. They are so accommodating as well if you are running a bit behind schedule they have always found a way to let me have a bed. Going above and beyond and staying a few minutes past closing. I will definitely be renewing my membership when my current flex membership expires. Thanks to all staff and management for your professionalism. I feel and look great after every visit. Afterall doesn't everyone look a little better with a tan. Don't overdo it though as we all know the dangers of over exposure to harmful rays from tanning beds. I say within moderation is the key to keeping our skin healthy. Fyi if you are looking for VIT D a tanning bed is not the place to get it. Chatgbt will provide the accurate info if you want clarification on this.

It was my first time ever getting a spray tan and it was the most lovely experience :) I forget her name but the blonde receptionist at the front made me feel so comfortable as it can be an intimidating service to someone who’s never been before! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Kristen. As this was my first time tanning I had a lot of questions and concerns. She kindly and thoroughly explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions.
Afterward, she helped me find the right package for my needs and made some great recommendations for tanning lotions.
Once I got in the room I checked every inch of the tanning bed, floor, mirror and wall to ensure cleanliness and all my expectations were met. Overall, the entire salon was extremely clean. You can see how much the staff cares by how meticulously the salon was maintained.
I know I made the right choice by visiting Bel O Sol Tanning because I've been going there for over a year now and the results I got are amazing!

I usually love this place. They definitely do a great job for nails. But it’s been frustrating when i book appointments they never fall through. I can admit i do book the day off but it’s usually a couple hours notice. Sometimes a girl has a nail emergency ! Great nails and always do a good job but would hope the organization to improve. If it’s too booked up i’d prefer a “sorry we don’t have room” compared to calling me an hour before i leave to cancel my appointment.

I was surprised to learn that the nail salons in ottawa close early in certain parts of town. In fact another nail salon recommended me to this place lol. Joe did my nails and did an amazing job. She was patient, pleasant, funny, and although I was the last client, she didn't rush me. My nails turned out beautiful. I received so many compliments on my nails and feet. Thank you also to the woman at the register who stayed behind to ensure that I knew how to return to my hotel safely because I was traveling from out of the country with no phone reception. Smudge Beauty Bar is simply phenomenal! The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they always go above and beyond to ensure excellence in client service. The “spa-like” environment is free from any toxic fumes that we often find in nail salons. For me, this is especially important because it means I enjoy fully the experience and do not come down with a headache or migraine as a result of being exposed to these fumes. The hot wax treatment at the end of a manicure-pedicure is absolutely divine! Your hands and feet/legs come out “soft as a baby’s bottom”, as the saying goes.

Went in for my first pedicure and manicure after stopping biting my nails. I almost fell asleep in the chair during the pedicure. The woman was so gentle and extremely thorough. Brought me water when I got a dry cough, made sure the massage chair was on. She done an absolutely perfect job of my french tips, free handed perfection. My hands and feet have never looked so good, or felt so smooth and hydrated.
Prices were so reasonable too, there's an atm on site. It smells and looks really clean and the mild spa music is perfect. I also love that the windows are privacy windows so people on the street can't look in

My daughter had a specific color in mind, and Grace gave her some great advice on what would work best. Together, they found the perfect balance, and the result was absolutely stunning!

Today was my first day visiting Moda lash I discovered this gem on Instagram, to be completely honest i was really nervous at first due to the fact that i had awful previous experiences at other places but i took a leap of faith and I’m really happy i picked them when doing so.
Apart from that let me give you some more insight on what services i had, i got my lash extensions with Trichelle she gave me the most stunning lashes that suit my eye shape, and Emily made my teeth so pearly, i went 9 shades whiter !! I couldn't be happier with the results! Bottom line is if you’re looking for a professional team who makes you comfortable, gives you a glow up, and a top-notch experience definitely give them a try ?
I contacted the salon for a last minute hair cut. They took me in on the same day. Soni cut my hair and did an amazing job. Loved it. Will be going back! Really laid back and friendly atmosphere that is very welcoming. It was refreshing to see that there are still some salons that have kept it geared to hair vs. an overpriced espresso/salon bar.

I took a risk and walked in. My needs were quick. Just a trim and thinning without washing. She understood what I was describing when it comes to humidity and my shoulder blade length hair and how I just run out the door in the morning with my hair still wet. A horrifying habit to many, but with the right cut, it works for my busy life.

My first time coming to Getty beauty spa, and was pleasantly surprised. There was parking on the side of the street out front and the spa is in the back. Was a bit skeptical at first, but she came out and greeted me and brought me to the spa area through the back. Super friendly, very professional, everything looked and smelled VERY clean and disinfected. Nice ambiance. Getty (Prounounced Jetty) pays attention to detail at a granular level, it was unreal.I went for a mani/pedi and up treating myself to a full spa day. I initially booked a mani pedi loved it soo much, she gave me a price list upon arrival and I stayed for a massage, chemical peel facial, underarm wax plus first time getting a paraffin wax treatment on my feet.Mani was on point. She cleaned up my cuticles and took the time not like some places. Gave my nails a really nice treatment. Colour was neutral and it's been a couple weeks already and still looks fresh. You definitely get what you pay for.Pedi same, I had some ingrown nails and she fixed me right up, took her time. Favorite part of the pedi was the lower leg massage ? Music was a nice touch. The massage was an hour, not RMT but worth every penny. She included the "aromatherapy choice" of essential oil and I have always paid an extra $20 for that. I got this citrus scent and nearly fell asleep. Plus she used like 4 hot towels, 1 after each part was done which felt Amazing!!! No place does that.My first paraffin wax treatment ever. It was only $8 quite hot initially but the heat quickly subsided and prehistoric looking feet were smooth as ever. This is totally normal, I looked it up. Seriously get this treatment, it's worth it.I had a chemical peel facial and Getty explained everything as she was doing it. It takes about 45-50 minutes, she doesn't rush and felt luxurious. I have sensitive skin so I a bit weary, been to a couple of places and have had adverse reactions. All of her products were gentle on my skin, no burning, no redness after. Plus she did the neck and decolleté area too!!! Wow! Looked smooth, less pronounced lines and smoother skin. Totally worth it.For the underarm waxing, she used small strips and it was much less painful than expected.I have been to many spas and salons. Getty made me feel comfortable, she explained everything that she was doing. She knows what she is talking about with her cute little accent. Would definitely recommend. So happy I found this place. She also has some package options and plans if you like it upon request. Most likely gonna get the 6month package next time I'm there.

I had the best experience with Gen last Sunday when I needed help to get myself presentable for my friend’s wedding. She is not just good at what she does but she literally lift the bar high for me. She was so good at explaining and so gentle with me when she was applying my make up, she even made sure to check the weather (humidity wise) to make sure my make up will stay on and not melt for the outdoor wedding. Another thing to love about her is she made sure that her makeup and brushes are all clean and sanitized (plus her products smells amazing ?). She did not just made me so pretty for that day but she is also so sweet and kind. I highly recommend her if you need to get your make up done, she’s very knowledgeable and really amazing on what she does.
Also, she gave me a kit to make sure I can retouch my makeup without her around. I got a lot of compliments from my friends that day.

I do nothing but rant and rave about Obscura. The studio is stunning, extremely clean, calming and it has always been such a welcoming space every time that I have visited. Although I have only been tattooed by two of the artists, all of the staff are always extremely friendly and interested to see the work I am getting done during my session. I have a full left arm sleeve done by Mariah and I have a beautiful piece on my back done by Maria where my only complaint is that I decided to place it behind me so I can’t admire it at all times! I get so many compliments on the work that I have done and without hesitation, I recommend Obscura as there are so many artists with such amazing talents who can help you vision come to life even better than you have ever imagined! I will only go to this studio from now on for any work that I am getting done. Don’t hesitate and book an appointment!

T and I finished my Full Sleeve exactly a year ago this Month. We started out discussing the piece I wanted and how I wanted it to look. T without hesitation made the whole design for the sleeve free of charge so I could see it before hand. Since the tattoo has been finished. Im happy to say T and I still chat on the regular and play soccer together. T is a stellar Human and an even more amazing tattoo artist. I could go on for a long time, but long story short. T rocks and Im happy to vouch for him and his work!!
I cannot recommend Nicole enough. These were my first tattoos. (I had two done - small and black ink.). I brought in images, and in her drawings she made them look even better than what I was hoping for. The experience of getting the tattoos done was great. Nicole is very personable and easy to spend time with. I am so happy with the results and have received many compliments. I LOVE my tattoos and now just want more. My husband plans to have Nicole do his first tattoo. About the studio, it was immaculate and a bright, cool space.

Evelynn is the one to see if you're looking for a piercing! She has a very calming and unique effect on someone who's getting their first ever piercing as an adult. Full of clear information on the process and the aftercare, very soothing and understanding of first time jitters, and concise at her job! I got my nose pierced from her and before I went in, I had worse jitters than the time I got my tattoos done and Evelynn was just fantastic to have as my piercing artist! She gave me my emotional space while also offering ample support by saying just the right things.

John the master electrician arrived early on install day, hydro too was early so no delays at all, minimal downtown. We did quite a lot of research on flooring before we ran into this store, and surprisingly found they have the best prices and quality for flooring even compared with Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s and other independent stores. They also offer installation services with a very reasonable rate. The owner is very friendly and would like to share info with customers. In addition, he has the factory behind his store and customizes products as requested. Great experience going with them and would definitely recommend the store to anyone.

We have been so impressed with the services and support we’ve had from Oakwood. New to renovation, we found the design centre extremely helpful - seeing different room designs and arrays of fixtures, flooring, cabinets etc all in one place allows comparison when one-off pictures do not. And importantly, ruling out what we didn’t want so we could focus on choices in the yes! category. Our project manager and designer were skilled in identifying best options and value for money choices. We really enjoyed a process that initially had made us so nervous. Helping us navigate through so many choices and avoiding mistakes that we’d have to live with was a blessing!

Thanks to Jeff and his crew, my husband I were saved the ordeal of assembling a Yardistry gazebo! Although we consider ourselves pretty handy, we figured the scope of the structure was beyond our capabilities. I was impressed with Jeff from the moment I reached out to him. He was responsive and we scheduled the assembly according to my timeline. Upon arrival, it was obvious that he and his team was organized and had experience with gazebos. The structure was assembled and anchored before we knew it! Although we don't foresee any problems, the fact that Jeff guarantees correct product assembly brings us peace of mind.
The porch reconstruction project was completed successfully on time and on budget. The various challenges encountered throughout the project were resolved in close consultation with me and to my full satisfaction.

We had our kitchen cabinets and draws refaced a few years ago. Everyone that saw the kitchen, just loved it. The only problem we had was with the edges of the microwave shelf, we sometimes would hit our heads on it. Last week I contacted Futuric Kitchens to see if they could round the edges of the shelf. I was passed on to Mike who set up a date and time to come and take a look. He said there was no problem and removed the shelf and took it with him. Only to return a few days later to replace it. It looks great by the way. It came to my attention that Mike is the owner. Not only does Mike own the store but he found time in his busy schedule to come to our house to remove the shelf and then return to replace it, at no cost. Now that is real customer service. I highly recommend Futuric Kitchens!!

Last year we decided to get service from mosquito buzz and we were wonderfully surprised by their professionalism, service, and overall quality. We have extreme amount of mosquitoes on our property which is around an acre but the surrounding area is full of forests/bushes so the mosquitoes love to live there. Having been at this place for over a decade we have tried everything prior to going with mosquito buzz but this was a life changer. We have used the service first because our kids are very young and they would get over 30 bites within half an hour of being outside and they stopped going outside altogether. In addition we found that 1 of them is actually allergic to their bites. Having said that, I thought initially that the price was a little bit steep but due to the medical reasons we agreed it's necessary. This has been the best decision, as we are able to go outside at all times of the day and night. we have eaten most of our lunches a dinner's outside and have been able to tend to the garden at those times when mosquitoes were coming out to eat us all.Service is exceptional dot they send a person every cycle oh and they get in contact with us a day prior and when they arrive on the property so we can make sure to close our windows. They have been exceptionally on time and professional with our request. We know that we will be using the service and have talked to friends who went with different companies and their mosquito reduction is not even close to ours so all in all it is great. If you have mosquitoes and they are bothering you believe me this is the best Investments you can make because winters are long and our summers are so short so might as well take advantage of them.
We hired 2 Queens to remove our old deck and replace it with Interlock and stairs. You can tell the workmanship is top notch. Denis also replied back in a timely manner to all my texts and emails that I sent. Denis is a different contractor. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. I would recommend 2 Queens for any interlock and back yard work.

For hydroseed they provided the best price when I was getting quotes. They have been very responsive to responding to phone calls and emails and when I notified them that I was ready they show up same day to spray. Unfortunately my landscaper made promises for when the grading would be ready and a NCI crew came out after a very long day for them but were not able to apply anything because it was not ready. The following application day the crew ran out of material because I underestimated the area (landscapers did more than they were supposed to) and had to return. Although the new invoice was revised to include this new amount they did not charge additional travel time and I am outside of the City. Very please working with Craig and their crew.

I was treated today by Dr Rodwin for neck issues caused by my pillow.
My pillow is a new CPAP pillow. After a conversation with Dr Rodwin, it was suggested I change the style of my CPAP pillow. The current style I’ve used for over 15 years.
Pressure points were applied and my neck was adjusted.
I walked out feeling like a million bucks.
I no longer have a headache or sore neck. I will follow-up with a maintenance checkup.
Michael Hodgson worked with me as I prepared to do a two month hike through northern Spain. Through his excellent massages, I was able to find some key spots that needed attention and he provided support and advice that was extremely helpful. My 1500km walk was made so much easier because of his help and he gave me a massage when I returned that helped me return to normal life. I highly recommend his services. He is an excellent massage therapist and a passionate hiker in his own right… which put me at ease.

Drove by while her husband was working outside. He was quite inviting, so I set up a plan to call which turned into a walk-in instead, while having an errand done elsewhere. His welcoming attitude made me confident that I could walk in and when I did, the reception was enough to make me feel better already, except that the treatment just made so much more difference. Very impressed with my entire consult as Dr. Zielonka explained very thoroughly every aspect of my X-rays and other relevant issues pertaining to my chronic lower back issues. Start robotic laser decompression sessions three times per week for two months. Expensive yes, but, quality of life is at your utmost goal and we deserve it! She sends before and after photos of their teeth. Highly recommend this business, can say enough positive comments.

You don’t get ten minutes of physiotherapy and then fifty minutes attached to some machine. You’re not lying there alone thinking I could be doing this at home for a lot less money.Erin is a very skilled therapist. When she saw the note from Nabeela’s doctor she knew immediately what Nabeela needed for relief. Her knowledge of the issues affecting Nabeela have been so beneficial. I am a woman in her 50s, active daily for fun and fitness, and have been visiting this clinic for over 10 years, mainly for osteopathy with Richard Gregory, for a variety of sports injuries (i.e., inflamed hamstring attachment, meniscus and other knee and ITB issues, numbness in arms) and scoliosis. The scoliosis has been resolved after manual treatments and exercises and maintained through an ongoing stretching program. I no longer have any back pain, whatsoever. I’ve also sought treatment after abdominal surgery (for the scar tissue) which and allowed a quick return to swimming. When knee issues could not be resolved after treatment and exercises + stretching, I had arthroscopic knee surgery (twice) and finally a knee replacement surgery. Throughout this period, recovery, mobility and pain management was greatly improved through osteopathy and physiotherapy treatments with Kathy Naghavi for the knee replacement. I was swimming 6 weeks post-op, doing stairs early, on my X-country skis daily 7 months post-op and am now 1 yr post-op with full mobility. I highly recommend this clinic: they are recognized experts in their field and keep abreast of scientific developments to improve treatment; the service is highly professional and focused on manual treatment (you won’t ever be plugged on a machine), they will refer you to other experts (i.e., kinesiologists for an exercise program to prevent injuries; sports physicians when treatment is not successful and other strategies are warranted – surgery, cortisone) and most importantly, it is effective – it has reduced or eliminated pain (depending on the injury) and allowed me to remain active. Of course, you must be disciplined and perform the recommended exercises and stretches. Treatment alone will not solve every injury. But these are top knowledgeable experts to help you stay active.

Both my spouse and I have seen Dr. Guo for treatment after having been referred to him. He is a pleasant, soft spoken gentleman and his treatments have worked wonders. My wife had severe sciatic pain and he was able to reverse the symptoms in three treatments and I saw him for a shoulder problem and was cured in two treatments. I have referred a number of friends to Dr. Guo all of whom, have spoken glowingly about him. If you're serious about curing your illness rather than just masking the pain with sedatives, I encourage you to visit Dr. Guo.
