After a bad experience at a highly rated salon in Ottawa, I decided to try trending nails.After arriving, I met with my nail tech Allison that was kind and knowledgeable about different nail shades when I told her I wanted milky nails. She was gentle during the removal process and shaped my almond nails perfectly!Allison went above and beyond to ensure I was happy during my visit. She offered to paint each of my nails with a different colour before I settled on my preferred shade. I like going to this salon, I have been there a hand full of times, including on my birthday. Most of the ladies are really lovely, and polite and I would do my nails with anyone of them. For two occasions I booked appointments and as they were doing my nails, someone else without appointment walks in and say they prefer to do their nails with the lady that was doing my nails because she does it better, so, she proceed to sending me to another girl to take these ladies, I can tell you how unprofessional that looks, I feel like this is validating this lady's statement, and diminishes the value of the other girls, It's almost like saying I deserve less and the girls are...read full review

Cannot recommend Trending Nails enough! I was recommended by a friend when I had a horrible experience at a very highly reviewed salon in Ottawa.Everyone here is so lovely and really want to make sure you’re happy with what you’ve received.
