“My husband and I recently came in for a couples massage. It was his first massage so he was nervous but the massage therapist made him feel comfortable before and during his massage! When we walked into the massage room there were rose petals on the beds which was such a beautiful and special touch for Valentine’s Day. Sienna and Brianna did an amazing job and we felt so relaxed afterwards. The salon that you enter is clean and bright and everyone is welcoming. The spa area is so relaxing and we were able to enjoy complimentary tea/coffee after our service. We would 100% return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for an amazing experience“

“I was in Canada visiting family when I realized I needed to get my hair colored. Red was in a convenient location and, amazingly, had an opening same day. When I arrived, I was taken care of by Heidi. She was wonderful. She did a great job coloring my hair. I decided to let her cut it as well. Wow. That is the best cut I've had in years. And the best blowout I've had in years. Kinda makes me wish I lived in Ottawa. Next time I visit Ottawa, I'll make sure I'm in need of a cut/color. Great place, great vibe, and very clean.“

“I'm a little late posting this, but about two weeks ago I went in to get my hair cut. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't cut my hair in about two years prior and wasn't sure what I wanted or what would suit me. Hilton did an absolutely amazing job! He was kind, offered great advice, and was overall just a wonderful person to deal with. I have curly hair and from personal experience, I've found that not many stylists know how to properly cut and style curly hair, so I have to say I was very impressed with Hilton. I will definitely be going back to see him and I highly recommend Hilton and Reflections as a whole.“
“Hairstylists are all fantastic and the atmosphere is really nice. Where they wash your hair, the ceiling above you has a really serene picture to make you totally relaxed. The prices are reasonable and the haircuts leave you feeling fabulous! They go out of their way to make you welcome and comfortable. They have an ATM in the reception area. They have a barbershop on one side, salon on the other and a spa at the back. And soon they will even have a coffee bar.“
