Ottawa Electric and Matt in particular is always my go to company/electrician that I can trust when it comes to electrical work. I have done several jobs with them and they always have done an excellent job! They are always very professional, punctual, quick and never leave a mess behind. This time Elias and Cendric installed a Level 2 car charger in my garage and the necessary breaker to support the charger. The guys were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job and were done in no time. The job was done at a reasonable price as per the estimate given to me by Matt. Highly recommend Ottawa Electric to anyone who wants to get quality work at a reasonable price.

I had a defective switch replaced, a new switch and wall lamp installed and 2 electrical outlets for medical equipment installed. The technicians did a very good job, were on-time, courteous, considerate and informative. I was also well served by their estimator and scheduler. I will have Ottawa Electric in mind the next time I have electrical work to be done.

Mathieu and Martin were great to deal with. From the online request to in-home visit. They were honest and direct. Estimate was the exact price of the work. Their team (Elias and Dom) were professional by explaining what was to occur and the process they would use - if you were interested. They were punctual on the day of the work and clean. They swept and cleaned any debris and left no mess. The best part was their pricing was well below other estimates I received and their service was top notch. I have no hesitations using them for any future electrical and will. My only suggestion (albeit small) is that they if you choose to pay by credit card there is a 3% surcharge...read full review
