I got my septum pierced my Tim last month and it was a great experience. Tim was thorough with his detailed explanation on the piercing and healing processes. After he helped me change my nostril hoop and made everything look how I wanted it to. It didn’t feel like he was rushing me or anything. Tim was kind and warm, I would definitely go back to see him in the future! ?

Friggin' awesome and around for literally decades. Huge shout out to piercer TimB for being totally professional and making me feel completely comfortable. No matter what bit you want pierced, Tim will make you feel more comfortable than seeing your family doctor. Great advice and great discussion. Tattoo section was fully booked while I was there which says they are still doing things right. Out in west end but best shop in Ottawa IMO. Huge thanks to Tim and New Moon for doing what I have thought about for the past two years.

Got my nostril pierced about 6 months ago from here and it was just an excellent experience. Tim was so thorough with his explanations and so kind even though I was so nervous. Came back a few months later to get my septum done, and the experience was as great as ever. Highly recommend Tim and this establishment!!!
