“Update:They moved. Right across in the same plaza. The space is twice as big now. Its perfect.----I'm addicted.I joined a year ago and there is clearly a difference. Gary and his team of trainers are very dedicated and standing idle usually gets a stern stare down by Gary.He is strict and doesn't mince words, I like that as it keeps me disciplined. Bessie and Anthony too are amazing, and work you hard in unique ways. This is not a treadmill kind of gym, so set your expectations accordingly. There are cardio stations as well as strength training targeting specific body parts.As I said I'm addicted and go pretty much every day.Price wise, you get what you pay for and more. I think its fair and he has several packages to meet people's specific circumstances and budgets.Goodluck!“

“I am just past week 4 of my 3 month personal training program -Honestly this was one of the best decisions I’ve made jumping on the personal trainer world! Just came in from a trail run (which I haven’t done in awhile!) and it felt incredible!! Ran over 6km through the trails of all terrains - and my energy at the end was still top notch!I didn’t think strength training would transfer much to the trails - but clearly it does!!!And still able to nasal breathe the whoooolle time!Thankful for trainers on site - Rob and Jay - who come over before sunrise to make me sweat! Can’t wait to see where it all leads in the months ahead! Pumped!!“

“Love training everyday with Matt.I can easily discuss with him where I want to focus on & He would listen and combine his skills to give the best results. He is very patient and works with us at our pace. Also, pushes back if we are slacking lol. Time passes quickly when he is training us, me & husband look forward to his sessions.Never knew training sessions could be so fun & often we are in laughter fits. :)I highly recommend him!!“

“After experiencing a life altering knee injury (patellar fracture… iykyk), I am finally feeling ready to work back the muscle I lost while recovering. I’ve been really nervous about jumping back into fitness and a bit shy to seek out the extra help I need from a trainer, but within a short few minutes Sandeep not only helped me get set up with a membership, but also a trainer who would be “the best fit” for me, making sure they understood my injury and what we’d both be in for. I really appreciate the compassionate and thoughtful interaction, and the help getting me started. Recovering from an injury like this one is an emotionally and physically painful process, but Sandeep and the crew at the GoodLife here have made it that much easier and smoother to start. “Very friendly staff that is engaging with the members always, which makes u feel welcome and at home every time I visit.. The equipment and facilities are well maintained and updated regularly. Very clean environment,. ( which I love ❤️) it's a non-judgmental facility that makes me feel like I'm not out of place while working out. The equipment has QR codes that you can scan that give you videos to watch so you can use the equipment with ease when you have no training or a trainer. I find them extremely helpful as well as useful, especially being a beginner at all of this. My favorite room is the 30 minute workout where I can get a full complete workout in 30 mins. Who ever came up with this idea is a genius, thank you.The membership fees are the lowest around ( BONUS ) To top it off they have tanning rooms which I'm in love with, I have psoriasis and the hydro tanning machine not only gives me a great tan, it also has red light therapy which helps my skin..THIS GYM HITS ALL MY TARGETS..100% THATS WHY I RECOMMEND IT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS..“
