I've been for classes, workshops and personal training with Michael which featured strength training and balance focus. Also Shelley, who is a barre and ballet artist, taught me some some yoga as well as dance steps. What sets InsideOut Studio apart is the sense of community they've fostered. It's not just a place to build fitness and a healthy life; it's a place to connect with like-minded individuals and share in the joy of mental health, too! I met Mike and I liked his vibe. His boutique gym is clean and didn't have too many people so I felt safe to go there post-pandemic. Mike taught me how to eat better and really pushed me during workouts that didn't focus on using machines. After a few weeks I started to see results, and after a few months I lost all of the extra weight that I was carrying. Seeing a nutritionist also helped me get the results that I wanted. I highly recommend Pro Trainer Live. Mike and his staff are lovely and fun to work with, and the little community that's created in the gym makes working out fun! Also, unlike the bigger gyms, you don't have to worry about your personal belongings at all and there aren't any lockers, only cubbies. A great place to go when you need some motivation to get in shape!“

“I am a regular in this clinic. Believe it or not, I have the entire team looking after me like a family member of Phases. From chiropractor, physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training, osteopathy, and acupuncture.I even subconsciously have my own uniform; whenever I come here. By now, everyone could probably spot me by my Jack & Jones, same design clothes, just different colors. ?That's how comfortable I am here, to work on my weaknesses. My health has improved so much, then when I first came here 2 months ago.I'm even back doing what I love, mixed martial arts!No doubt, within 6 months of consistent treatments. “This gym is excellent! And it has everything you need for your fitness needs. The staff including the Manager are very friendly. I find J and Steven, the manager and assistant manager are excellent at managing the gym and the relationships with members. The Zumba class with Mihaiela is excellent, she is a leader and brings crowds into the class! you will have your cardio while having a lot of fun at the same time. Huge parking lot as well, you will never have to worry about parking; and the weights area has machines that other gyms don’t have. The personal trainers are highly qualified. On top of that, it comes with amazing members and friends! It has towel service, sauna, pool, meditation room, hot Yoga!“
