Easily one of the best & cleanest gyms I've been a member of. The facility offers a wide variety of top-notch equipment suitable for all kinds of training & skill levels. The trainers are exceptional & will go above and beyond to ensure their clients feel comfortable while still keeping them motivated and holding themselves accountable. I've been training for two years now, and the progress I've seen in my body, while incredible, is nothing compared to the change in my mindset & perspective towards fitness they’ve helped me achieve. If you're considering joining APEX; I'm telling you, just do it. Your biggest regret will be not having joined sooner.

I’ve been doing personal training sessions at Apex with one of their trainers (David) for about 3 months now & the experience has been great, every workout we push harder than the last, and seeing results has been exciting. Also, the overall gym atmosphere is perfect for anyone trying to get serious about their fitness goals—not too crowded, and the people who do attend work incredibly hard which is motivating. Highly recommend this gym + their training sessions!

APEX Training Centre is an experience in itself. I love the open layout of the gym and also the community feel and culture (at least for the 6am crowd!). I’ve had wonderful experiences with both the personal training (shout out to David!) and group classes with Anastasia and Matt. I felt there was a really nice balance of providing motivation to push further while maintaining a chill vibe. I am surprised at my own excitement about going to the gym now!
