InsideOut Studio is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warmth and a smile! The atmosphere here is so inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The studio itself is well-equipped, with everything you need to and completely comfortable for expressing yourself free of any judgment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, there's something here for everyone. I've been for classes, workshops and personal training with Michael which featured strength training and balance focus. Had my first class at InsideOut this last weekend courtesy of Mike and really enjoyed my session. The space is super home-y, cozy and nicely lit, I instantly felt welcome when I walked in. I brought my little brother and it was his first time boxing, the trainers kindly accommodated our different skill levels and I felt like I really had some valuable one-on-one support. I've been eager to find new studios and communities in this area and I feel grateful to have found InsideOut. Shout out to Mike and Barry!
I enjoy coming here. Started my first boxing class and am learning a lot since it is a smaller studio focusing on individual needs. It’s fun to work with Mike, Berry and the team.
