    ** ATTN/HIP THRUSTS FEMALES ** it’s getting annoying now , 15- maybe20 minutes is reasonable to occupy a SmithMachine . And take the other smith machine rolling benches (smh) because you need two. If you’re going to Hog/block machines 20+ min and be on Instagram between sets, with chats in between w your set partner . please for the love of all of us that’ have jobs and families and other responsibilities, please go to another gym. Preferably one which caters to hip thrusts. It’s dis-courteous , and it’s only females(19-25)hogging these machines . Because EVERYONE ELSE outside this demographic have COMMON COURTESY

    I have been going to the Milton location for over a year, and my experience has been one of total enjoyment, great machines and equipment, this facility provides a safe atmosphere, and comfortable workout environment, great staff and overall a great experience.

Tuesday: 5AM - 11PM
Wednesday: 5AM - 11PM
Thursday: 5AM - 11PM
Friday: 5AM - 10PM
Saturday: 8AM - 8PM
Sunday: 8AM - 8PM
