“Exceptional Training Experience with Coach FaizanI’ve had the pleasure of working with Coach Faizan, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best in the business. From the moment I started training with him, I noticed a significant difference in my motivation and overall well-being. His professionalism and dedication to his craft are truly commendable. Unlike other trainers I’ve tried, Coach Faizan goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients not only reach their fitness goals but also feel supported every step of the way. What sets Coach Faizan apart is his ability to tailor workouts to suit individual needs while keeping them challenging and effective. His wealth of knowledge and expertise shines through in every session, making it clear that he’s not just a trainer but also an educator who genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. But perhaps what I appreciate most about Coach Faizan is his genuine kindness and encouragement. He creates a positive and uplifting environment that motivates me to push myself harder and achieve more than I ever thought possible. His support has been invaluable on my fitness journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve achieved under his guidance. In summary, Coach Faizan is not only amazing, talented, and professional but also compassionate, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about their success and well-being.“

“I've been to a few Moksha studios around the GTA and the surrounding area and this one is by far my favourite! Even though i live in San Francisco now, i make a point of coming here at least once (though preferably more) when i fly back to visit my family. It's a smaller community so the students and teachers can get to know each other well, and it's a great feeling to be greeted by name when you come in. The teachers as well as the owners are knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. The classes all have the core Moksha series, but the teachers sometimes customize the classes based on student requests or based on their own training/experience. It may seem a bit intimidating stepping into your first Moksha class (btw Moksha is better for beginners rather than Moksha Flow), especially if you see everyone else doing it so easily, but just remember that everyone started just like you did. I know i was a bit nervous when i started, which is why i think good teachers and community is so great. Their old location at James Snow Parkway was nice and, if i admit it, more convenient since it was just off the highway, but their new location is pretty sweet as well. Just a short drive from their old location, and right across from Milton GO. I've never been here after work during rush hour, but hopefully the streets don't get too busy I'll definitely be back for more next time! :)“
