I was completely impressed with the in-depth knowledge that all the teachers have on the yoga poses and the structure they provide in the class. All the teachers are very professional and are constantly helping students to make sure that their poses aligned. I also love the modifications that they constantly provide throughout the class. As a participant in Life Yoga Studio's teacher training program, I've been thrilled with my progress. The online sessions have been incredibly effective, allowing me to learn and grow at my own pace. Plus, when I need that extra boost of motivation and connection, I can always drop by in person. It's the perfect balance of flexibility and support.

The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere and the instructors are so friendly. I love how there are so many different class options and workshops offered often. I joined the studio in March and have noticed a huge difference in both my mental and physical health.
