Very friendly staff that is engaging with the members always, which makes u feel welcome and at home every time I visit.. The equipment and facilities are well maintained and updated regularly. Very clean environment,. ( which I love ❤️) it's a non-judgmental facility that makes me feel like I'm not out of place while working out. The equipment has QR codes that you can scan that give you videos to watch so you can use the equipment with ease when you have no training or a trainer. I find them extremely helpful as well as useful, especially being a beginner at all of this. My favorite room is the 30 minute workout where I can get a full complete workout in 30 mins....read full review
Staff is great, the place seems very clean. The "spa" like amenities are great! And I can't wait to start working out. A close friend of mine works out here already and she says it's great, no complaints.
I like the friendly atmosphere and the facilities. What really bothers me are the people who are just sitting around on their phones. If you want to play on your phone, you'll have to play elsewhere. Recently, I heard someone say he was sitting on his device for 20 minutes, just sitting there, working on his phone. There should be signage indicating that exercise equipment is available and that phones should be used away from the equipment.
