“We were delighted with the service provided by J. Muro Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The friendly service man (I can't remember his name!) arrived even before the estimated arrival time. We were having trouble with a leak under our kitchen sink and he quickly and efficiently replaced the hot and cold water taps, as well as discovered a leak in the faucet hose. While checking out the main water turn off, he also found a leak in a pipe in the basement and was able to repair that leak in the same visit (I thought the water had been coming in from outside). He went over and above by tightening our faucet and explaining how to attach the new hose that we had to order. Everything is working perfectly now and the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely call this business for any plumbing needs!!“

In both instances, he was careful and detailed in his assessment of the problem and most importantly - he did not try to sell me updated equipment or try to convince me that my equipment could not be fixed. If you have encountered hvac repair or installers at all, you know that the first thing they mention is updating or replacing furnaces or ac units without exploring all options. Then, many, in my experience, will give you unreasonable repair estimates so that replacement sounds like the best option. Joe took his time and explained each step. He was meticulous in his work - he left the work site exactly how he found it and treated our home like it was his own. “I called for service on my 40 year old boiler late afternoon on a Friday they were going to come out as soon as Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t make Monday work and I said Friday’s are best for my schedule they were very accommodating and put me first on their schedule for that next Friday.
