Jim saved my bathroom! We had a leak under our tub which caused damage to our neighbor below and had us out of a bathroom for a few days. Jim response time was immaculate. While on the job, he made sure to explain the issue, what work he would be doing and ensured the problem was resolved before he left. So it's 1245 am, the night before 2022 Xmas blizzard, and there is water pouring out from the wall under my bathroom sink. At 1:09 Jim was there, and fixed everything (wall valve, water supply to sink, trap replacement) by 225. The midnight service call was only $89. He was professional, timely, neat and thorough. I've hired him already for another job. Cannot recommend this gentleman enough.
