Always hated to go to the gym, tried a couple times and gave up on every single one of them, then I tried CrossFit Elmira and now I’m hooked up. If you are like me and think CrossFit is not for you, give it a try at CrossFit Elmira, it will change your opinion.Another thing that I missed to add is that people always think “oh, that’s pricy for a workout, I’ll go to the gym because it’s cheaper”, but you won’t get a coach at the gym looking, teaching and fixing all your moves unless you pay for it, at CrossFit you get the coach within the package ?, and that is priceless

They were meticulous when removing concrete steps that cracked, and new concrete steps were installed in the walkway. Almost three months ago I broke my leg in a bicycle accident. Since my husband was already seeing Scott at Woolwich Physio, I decided I would also make that my place to go for rehab. For as tricky as this healing process has been for me, Scott has consistently been able to not just give me all the appropriate exercises to get me back on track again, but has also been able to calm my mind about how long this process would take. He is so good at what he does and I feel completely comfortable under his care. Add to that is his great personality and friendly interaction with his clients, and this experience is as perfect as it gets. I am so grateful to have found him!
Yesterday (sept 11) I was out walking a baby in a stroller and this team of workers were super courteous! It was by the McDonald’s on Ottawa st Kitchener. The one guy was with a weed wacker and noticed us coming and completely stopped what he was doing til we passed. I said thank you and he said you’re welcome. Next there was a man on a mower and I noticed him checking his surroundings (including behind him) and again he noticed us coming and turned the mower off til we passed. This was sooooo nice of this team of workers to think about other people passing by them when most people don’t bother. Awesome experience!! Thank you!!

Inner Compass Yoga Studio is one of the best ones I've ever been to! I really appreciated how Rachel emphasises the importance of focusing on our breathing, something that isn't always highlighted in other classes. Plus, she sets the perfect ambiance by including live music in every class, which I absolutely loved. Also, her studio is absolutely beautiful!

We’d give 100 stars if we could. The Elmira Kitchen and Bath family is INCREDIBLE. We began to plan our reno w Sharon when an unexpected and unrelated leak threw us a curveball. Sharon was patient and incredibly supportive as we navigated this stressful situation. We could not have asked for a better team of people to help us get to a kitchen met all our needs and more. Their insight and advice was amazing. We truly felt they went above and beyond to make this experience positive and were invested in the outcome of our reno. Love this place. Sonia is amazing. The first day I went I referred to it as “massage in the garage”. That is a compliment—it is set on a quiet street, in a studio that was once a garage but is quiet, relaxing, welcoming… kinda like the RMT! I went because of being in a car accident and found Sonia to be extraordinary skilled, kind and someone who helped me recover quickly. I continue as a client as long as they put up with my humour.
