Inner Compass Yoga Studio is a hidden gem nestled in Elmira Ontario. It's run by Rachel Babor, Mother, Artist, Nature Lover, Community Weaver, Fundraiser, and Woman's Circle Facilitator.
Weekly classes are offered from September - May and always include live music.
This healing space provides small class sizes, unique events, successful fundraisers and a wonderfully supportive community of all ages.
Classes are always run in a 6-8 week series. When a weekly student cannot make it, the spot is given to the "sub list." These spots are PWYC (pay what you can) with ALL money donated to charity.
We also offer monthly Womans Circles, pop-up workshops, and have pre-recorded videos for sale on the website.

Rachel and the other teachers at Inner Compass Yoga are incredible! Inspiring, clear instruction every class (even online I don't need to look at the screen!) The classes always challenge in a fun and playful atmosphere, and they always offer modifications for all levels and ages. Their commitment to the students on and off the mat is something special and unique! Love being a part of this community.
Rachel's caring heart and soul shine through in every class she teaches. I have loved the fun and energetic atmosphere of the Dance Fit classes, and the quiet soothing stretches in the Yin Restorative classes.
Rachel is one of a kind. Her compassion and love for teaching is present and strong. She genuinely cares for each client and is willing to suggest different ways so you can participate in yoga class. Her encouragement kindness is very real.
