I’m not a body expert, but I am happy with the care I was under with SOS. Due to a motor vehicle accident. SOS is a good company that cares about individual well being. They display this with action not just words. Thank you team SOS for the help to get me moving towards a new “normal “ body as I may never reach my pre-accident normal body again. As I’m not free from my insurance company’s care as of now, the continuation of working to my new body excellence continues still towards betterness.

If you are like me and think CrossFit is not for you, give it a try at CrossFit Elmira, it will change your opinion.Another thing that I missed to add is that people always think “oh, that’s pricy for a workout, I’ll go to the gym because it’s cheaper”, but you won’t get a coach at the gym looking, teaching and fixing all your moves unless you pay for it, at CrossFit you get the coach within the package ?, and that is priceless

Amazing chiropractor. Friends recommended them for my son’s headaches and when we saw progress for him I also tried chiropractic care with Dr. Thom for the chronic neck and back pain I had for twenty years. It’s incredible how effective this has been at the eliminating source of the pain rather than just masking it temporarily, I only wish I knew about it sooner!

Sharon was patient and incredibly supportive as we navigated this stressful situation. We could not have asked for a better team of people to help us get to a kitchen met all our needs and more. Their insight and advice was amazing. We truly felt they went above and beyond to make this experience positive and were invested in the outcome of our reno. Contacted ChemDry based on Google reviews and they had me scheduled in within a week and a half for mattress cleaning/to remove yellow sweat stains. Carl was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I learned that I shouldn't use a "green machine" on my mattress and that ChemDry surface treatments are the proper method. Our mattress looks great! Thanks for your service today, Carl. Love this place. Sonia is amazing. The first day I went I referred to it as “massage in the garage”. That is a compliment—it is set on a quiet street, in a studio that was once a garage but is quiet, relaxing, welcoming… kinda like the RMT! I went because of being in a car accident and found Sonia to be extraordinary skilled, kind and someone who helped me recover quickly. I continue as a client as long as they put up with my humour. Great service, they scheduled me in quickly, found the issue with my truck, fixed it, and informed me of some things I could fix over time but didn't pressure me into fixing them right away. Safe to say, I will return to leroy's when I want or need other work done.
Dr. Mohan is a skilled, knowledgeable and extremely professional dentist. I have had positive experiences with both dental and admin staff. When I go to the office, I also notice that it is kept beautifully clean.
Like the store had what I was looking for, but the customer service I wish could be a bit better to help me locate the items needed, as it would have sped up finding it all. None the less got what I needed, and the price was fair.
