I saw Jared a couple of years ago when I injured my back while caring for my elderly mother. So when I started to experience severe pain in my feet due to nerve issues I knew where to go. He identified the source of the issue, created an exercise regimen to help alleviate the pain and even sent me instructions with pictures on how to perform the exercises properly. I have experienced a great improvement in how I’m feeling. Jared really knows his stuff. Nicole has been great to work with. My knee has been having a hard time after my surgery but she is getting it more mobile everytime, she knows what she is doing. She is gonna have me running in no time!!
