I’m not a body expert, but I am happy with the care I was under with SOS. Due to a motor vehicle accident. SOS is a good company that cares about individual well being. They display this with action not just words. Thank you team SOS for the help to get me moving towards a new “normal “ body as I may never reach my pre-accident normal body again. As I’m not free from my insurance company’s care as of now, the continuation of working to my new body excellence continues still towards betterness.

I came to the clinic with a broken kneecap. Leanne’s assessment was through and her knowledge is second to none. Leanne is very skilled at what she does and can listen to you talk about your limitations and effectively assign exercises to improve those areas while always providing a detailed explanation for you on how your body is functioning so you can understand why your doing these movements.

When I began pelvic physio I could not stand or sit. Could not even fold a basket of laundry. The doctors could not find anything wrong with me post surgery to explain this. Nimmy gave me some excercises to help myself and along with regular physio sessions I was able in time to regain my life. Within 2 weeks I was able to reduce my pain medication, after a few months I did not have to pee every hour. I would highly recommend Nimmy and SOS pelvic physio if you are having any pain, prolapse, incontinence or period pain or have had children. Its been worth every penny!
