The team performed like clock work, and all the nails were being placed on the shingles' nailing strips as opposed to previous installers who threw nails all over it (if sometimes even nailing the shingles on two spots) causing failures. “I called Hines Roofing on a Thursday afternoon about a leaking ridge vent and an adjacent soft spot. Their crew, a great team of friendly guys with a fantastic work ethic, rearranged their schedule and were on my roof early the next morning before more rain fell. The new style ridge vent looks great and new shingles blended well with the existing. They noticed that the gap at the peaks was too narrow, and cut it larger fior better attic airflow.“

“I got my money’s worth and more! I had put off for too long honeybees that had gotten inside my wall where the brick meets the siding. They weren’t even the reason I called Animal Remover. I had squirrels (“Chewy” - they demolished the wooden beam) just above my patio door. Nick came out, told me the bees were an even bigger problem, and presented a proposal that discounted the two services.Lauren (office assistant) was always helpful and pleasant and the tech always responsive in the same day whenever I called to ask questions or report Chewy1and Chewy 2 had been caught in the trap.Nick, Josh and Mack took care of the bees - they first moved out my mattress and other items that were too hard for me to get. They removed what Nick said were some 30,000 bees, thoroughly and beautifully sealed all entry points for both squirrels and bees, and cleaned up, yes! Nick even helped me and took over with a 15-minute customer service call for connecting a security camera. And, they were just as friendly with the contractors working on my kitchen (I have a lot going on, don’t judge me!?) I am so impressed and grateful for the all around pleasant experience!“

Overall we were very happy with the timeline, price, and especially the quality of the finished product.Pros:- Quality of finished product- Finishing on time- Helpful app / website keeps you updated on project- Initial consultation gave great ideas on how to improve layout of kitchenCons:- Some confusion in design process about what items / fixtures were in budget / available- Sometimes slow to respond to online messages (but very quick on calls)Overall the cons were very minor and we are highly satisfied with the entire remodel process. The workers themselves were polite while in our home, our project lead / main point of contact was great about communicating and answering any questions we had, and everything came in at the original budget and timeline estimates.“

“We contracted with Bryan to re-roof our house, he came out and walked and inspected the roof, took measurements the old school way with a tape measure (the most accurate way ) and prepared a detailed estimate that anticipated all known problems. We accepted the proposal. On 11/1/23 his crew arrived at 7:30 replaced 25.33 square of shingles. replaced 4 4x8 deck panels, rerouted a plumbing vent and they were done and cleaned up by about 3:30.
