I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with RUS Roofing. We were affected by the 2022 Goshen tornado and they were not one of the many companies were trying to get our business. After the initial call, Karen was on site inspecting the property within a day and figuring out a plan of action. Karen made herself available for all the insurance agents inspections and was also available to speak with the claims agents to make sure they knew everything that was going on. She was there every step of the way, explaining everything that was needed and how the process should proceed and how long it would take.
