We contracted with Bryan to re-roof our house, he came out and walked and inspected the roof, took measurements the old school way with a tape measure (the most accurate way ) and prepared a detailed estimate that anticipated all known problems. We accepted the proposal. On 11/1/23 his crew arrived at 7:30 replaced 25.33 square of shingles. replaced 4 4x8 deck panels, rerouted a plumbing vent and they were done and cleaned up by about 3:30. We recently had a small roof leak that caused some significant mold and water damage to our home. Bryan was very responsive to both phone calls and texts. He came out very quickly and found the source of the leak and repaired it and then later when I was having the water damage cleaned up, another spot was discovered and he very promptly came out and tarped the roof to protect from further damage. His prices were always fair and reasonable and he seemed very knowledgable and experienced. I would highly recommend him.Services: Roof inspection
