Impressive customer service and honesty. I have had rare occasions of being impressed by businesses that gave no self praise who turned out to be the diamond in the rough. I picked them by others' reviews, and I have not been disappointed. Waiting for the warm weather next spring to have this company replace my gutters. The team performed like clock work, and all the nails were being placed on the shingles' nailing strips as opposed to previous installers who threw nails all over it (if sometimes even nailing the shingles on two spots) causing failures. We started using Fasten-Pro several years to to repair some issues with our shingle roof. This year we finally decided to invest in a metal roof. Great company. Great experience. My roof looks great. They are easy to work with and the crew that did my roof were delightful. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day. No damage to my gardens. Very conscientious workers. Fair price and they even repaired my chimney cap (which I didn't know was damaged). Can't say enough good things about this company.
