“Have been very good since before the changeover. One girl has worked there for a very long time and is always excellent. In my last pickup a new girl was there and she was there the week before. When she saw I was behind someone, she stopped her work on some shirts and came to take care of me. Very kind and sincere. Do not know her name but she looks to be working hard, has a good "pace" and is customer focused. Need to hang onto her as finding good working people with customer service stills are very hard to find these days.“

When I went to pick up today, the owner and the lady I spoke with on the phone were both in. They informed me of the bad news that their conveyor system broke and they are unable to get anything down for customers. HOWEVER, the incredible owner and employee remembered my situation and went out of their way to guarantee that my suite was ready for be fore closing. Incredible service, great price. “The staff knows me by name. They are super friendly. My items are perfectly cleaned and pressed. I no longer live here but travel here weekly to work, and I met the owner one day. He was really workable regarding delivering and picking up my cleaning from my hotel or from work. He offered; I didn't even ask. I defected from Tide Cleaners after the kept misplacing my clothes. If you have issues, come here instead.“
