I decided to give this place a try based on its reviews, despite it being out of my way, and I’m glad I did. My clothing came back looking great, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the prices were much better than Widmers where I used to go. Will definitely be using TJs going forward even though it’s a bit farther away

Good cleaners! They always have specials and coupons to use towards your cleaning. If you have an issue, they address it upon notification. I appreciate the emails and text messages notifying the my clothes are ready for pickup.

Absolutely the best customer service ever!! Will and Jason always know our names and make an extra effort to show a friendly face. Mark and I really appreciate this and our dry cleaning is always in good condition.

In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. In 2017, as we enjoyed our kids working alongside us in the business, we opened a 3rd location and created our new brand: TJ Dry Cleaners which stands for “Team Jenkins”. In 2023, after weathering the extended turmoil of the COVID Pandemic, the love of serving others through dry cleaning has only grown stronger!
