Excellent customer service! I asked if I could have a suit cleaned by 2:00 the next day, and they said they could do it. I later learned that I needed the suit earlier (I am a minister and had the wrong time for a wedding that I was performing). They took care of it and gave me a call as soon as it was finished! The suit was looking good!

I had never been to Tide but needed an item dry cleaned for a wedding. I pulled in under a lovely protected car port and immediately someone came out to help me. I gave my item and my personal information and was told my item would be cleaned by next day! True to their word, I received an email and was able to pick up my item within 24 hours! When I arrived back at Tide, again the person immediately ran out to help me, brought my item back out to my car and hung it up for me in my car!!!!! I'm definitely a customer for life!

I am thankful for the kindness and compassion that I received at tide cleaners. I had a family member pass away and could not find anyone who could dry clean my suit in less than a week. When I went to tide cleaners the person who was at the front desk said that they would do everything possible to get it done for me the next day and they did I will always be thankful for them going the extra mile to help in such a difficult time
