Was moving into a new place and had widmers come in for carpet cleaning service. I wasnt home the entire time to review the cleaning process. Carpet didnt look or feel clean so got a carpet cleaner and started from the master bdroom and the carpet is not clean. I didnt expect the carpet to be new after cleaning but didnt expect to be this filthy after widmers service. Please refer to pictures.
Love Mary, fun banter whenever I pick up or drop off. Great and honest service. It was tough news but she told me when they would be unable to get certain stains out instead of just taking my money. Got my business for sure.
They ruined two of my expensive dress shirts I bought from London. The lady at the counter is also very unfriendly. I have been using Widmers for the past 15 years, but they keep closing the stores near me. Harper's Point is the closest now, but with the poor customer service, I need to find a new dry cleaner. Not a surprise they keep closing their stores.
