“We have worked with Cincinnati Maintenance before and they have always done a great job. This morning, I woke to an emergency situation with my husband (we are both seniors) who had a very bad reaction from something he ate overnight and there was a terrible mess on the bedroom carpet. I called the office about 9am and spoke to Jamie, who called back and said they could get someone here at 1pm TODAY. I was in tears with relief. The team of Jamie and Joe (different Jamie) came on time and were so understanding and kind and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. I would not have expected it could look so good! Our deep appreciation to the entire team who helped us today.“
