I have relied on Widmer's for years for the cleaning of my wall-to-wall carpet. They are dependable and courteous at the time of scheduling and on site. And they are affordable...always running specials for room and area discounts/steps and hallways. It feels so good to have experts come through the house with ease (from their hoses and equipment) and leave my home feeling healthier (we have pets) and fresher! ** ******

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location! The people are so fantastic and accommodating. I have had numerous suits and jackets altered here. Susan the seamstress is a true talent, and is very communicative every step of the way! This is the only dry cleaners I use in Cincinnati. I've recommended it to so many people, the service and quality is second to none in the value you get for your money is great too!

I called and was able to easily get an appointment when I needed. The technician called ahead of time and was prompt and efficient. He was very respectful of our space. And our rugs and furniture and drapes were cleaner than they have ever been. The technicians name was ***** (not sure if spelled this way or *****) and I would highly recommend requesting him.
