All the support staff are fabulous! This visit Mary and Grace were the ones to guide me through processes and handle all my needs that were not the optometrist's responsibility. Grace was truly patient, helpful, efficient, and extremely competent in carrying out her duties for my visit. Mary definitely makes an extra special effort with unlimited patience to ensure that the glasses you will be wearing are perfect for your needs and taste. I prefer frames that are not currently in vogue and so are not their usual offering. Mary ensures I get the frames I want. I am so grateful to her for making this happen.My optometrist is Dr. Miller. I am completely confident that he is giving me the best eye care possible. He thoroughly explains what my eye exam has shown and has visuals to make understanding clearer. If there are options, he provides the pros and cons of each. He is at all times professional in a warm, friendly, and considerate manner. When I receive my glasses, the prescription is perfect. I have never had any issues with the vision they provide. Based on conversations regarding possible eye health issues, I know he is making sure that any problems beyond vision corrections are being found and addressed. I will keep Dr. Miller as my optometrist as long as he will have me.I highly recommend Dr. Miller and the staff at Grove City Vision Center for your optical needs!“
