“Don't make appointment near lunchtime. My appointment was 11:00. Got there at 10:45. Filled out paperwork. Technician was nice and as informative as he could be. Dr. Burroughs was very kind and thorough in her exam. The not-so-pleasant part was in picking out frames. I felt rushed. I did pick out frames but after leaving I thought of a very important question. I called office and told receptionist what my question was. He said the lady who helped me was with a patient and that he would call me back with an answer. Which was fine. As I was about to end the call, the lady got on the phone and she answered in a rush and said she would change my order if that's what I wanted. As I was responding back to her, she impatiently cut me off and said she was with a customer. I knew that. She could have called me back. I would have preferred that rather than feeling I was a bother. This was my first visit to this office and I wish it hadn't ended badly.“
