11/29/2023 Appointment ReviewFrom the time I entered the office, I was treated with the very best of service. I was greeted with accommodating friendliness and professional assistance. All the support staff are fabulous! This visit Mary and Grace were the ones to guide me through processes and handle all my needs that were not the optometrist's responsibility. Grace was truly patient, helpful, efficient, and extremely competent in carrying out her duties for my visit. I have always felt the staff is a little stiff and don't smile much. They get the job done and the doctor is great but glad I don't have to go often. Office is super quiet, maybe they should pipe in some music to lighten up the mood there.

I have vsp and have been around the block and back to different vision places and drive by here all the time a d I can submit receipts as out of network which I'll do next year I knew the location just didn't ever check them out. End of year and trying to maximize balances on benefits last week of December was able to get appointment for my wife and I. Walked in and was a bit put off by the many designer glasses posters all over the place. I thought uh oh they are going to hard sell us some high end overpriced stuff.
